评价： Toilet leaked a bit when you flushed, internet connection wasn't the best, staff where lovely, I didn't like how the receptionist boy wanted to keep my passport over night on the first night because he didn't have the change as I paid on the spot and the airport runner he recommended was 3x a grab so book your own transport
优点： Nothing I left immediately
缺点： Wrong information with booking. Problem with water very dirty room. Full of hair
评价： I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was awesome. I would say you have to walk around 10 minutes from the hotel to the beach but it is located at a pretty good place. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience for me.
优点： The room was clean and comfortable
缺点： The reception man was rude and very unhelpful, I seemed like a massive inconvenience to him for checking in. He was not there and I had to call a number for him to arrive. Was given the incorrect WiFi code then did not reply to messages I sent to get correct one. I booked this place for the gym and was told no , no gym. No explanation just rude short answer and then walked off . Cleaning lady seemed nice. Room was nice and the coffee shop downstairs was amazing
评价： It's good value if you can get a cheap rate, I booked late and price was quite high compared to the quality of the hotel. Negatives: very noisy family in room on same floor and thin walls. Bedding is quite old and marked.
优点： Value of money. Celan room. Staff were good
评价： Nice and clean. Easy access to many small restaurant & eateries around. Also at ground level the hotel have a coffee shop. Its about 20min walk to the beach.
优点： Staff were nice and friendly. Great price. The room were clean and comfy
评价： Clean and quiet. Value for money. Lots of restaurant around walking distance. Takes about 30 mins to walk to the beach. Can easily hail e-hailing (Grab, etc)services to go anywhere from the hotel.. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Ms.qwin can speak English. Good coffee shop down at the hotel. Don't think this hotel serves food.
优点： The room rate was cheap, staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing
缺点： Terrible
评价：
Worst staffs ever. They had thousands of reasons for guests not to check in the room in advance the time allowed. They did not respond to guests' request and had no one on period of duty to support guests when necessary. Neglectful hotel staffs ever.
Room facilities are enough for basic requirements and reasonable prices. Room door and walls are not noise-proof. Bad choice for trip
优点： rooms clean everyday, staff are usually available.
缺点： someone was cooking fish for two nights in a row? (had to cover under door with towels to stop the smell from coming in. did the same when ppl smoke.
评价： No receptionist. They quite to save cost so not enough staff. Should consider to stay here.
优点： cleaning everyday, water, toliet paper, fresh towels, hot water, working tv & love the aor conditioning, friendly staff, big smiles
缺点：
the neighbourhood had a 3 day event for a funeral. started w loud banging at 5am.
the day after it was done. construction resumed at 6am next door.
people's smoke from their room or in the hallway floats into our room.. they should really tell people no smoking in the hotel or go downstairs to smoke. maybe have an ashtray stand so people see it & know to smoke outside the hotel.
评价： Extremely good service.
优点： Location was close to the beach and some good restaurants.
缺点： The sheet was stained, ar conditioner was not working good, the laundry was way more expensive than on the streets, the staff speak nothing of English and was rude.
评价：
The place is decent, smaller room but fair price and good location.
English was not well understood when I checked in but they were pleasant so I did not mind.
The big issue that I had with this place is - I purchased a room with breakfast and was told that breakfast is served at 6:30am. When we went to get breakfast at 6:30am nothing was available. We waited until just after 7am and spoke to the worker. They came down and told us that they are not making breakfast because there is only few guests..... They would provide us instant noodles and water. After noticing our immediate upset they offered phõ and water... I had to argue with the guy to include a coffee as a part of breakfast
优点： Everything was great
缺点：
People smoke inside the building or their units...
Perhaps it's the culture.
But smoking will damage the hotels ac, walls and beds/rooms and drapes.
Please remind new guests no smoking in the hotel. Or smoke outside at the front.
