河江阿里旅舍 (Ali Hostel Ha Giang)

评价： A bit outside of the town. Roughly 2 km away from the town itself but because of this is very quiet.

The staff is helpful and friendly. If you don't mind to walk a little bit or have a motorbike you will enjoy this place.

优点： I truly recommend this hotel!

评价： Bedsheets and pillow had brown stains on them. Bathroom/shower cleanliness could be improved. No soap or towel provided. Mosquitoes in the room. AC didn't work and there were no fans. Far away from the town center so if you want to go to the bus station or need to buy food you'll have to walk 30+ minutes along the road. Receptionist didn't speak any English and wasn't there half the time so I had to go to another hostel nearby to buy my bus ticket. Breakfast is supposed to be served from 7:00am but at 7:15am there was still no one around in the dining area and the guy who works in the kitchen was still sleeping. I had also asked the night before if I could just take bread and a banana to go for breakfast as I had to leave early to catch a bus and they said they could do that for me and would leave it in the reception for me but that was a lie, they didn't prepare or leave the food for me even though I had chosen this hostel and paid more specifically because breakfast was supposed to be included. And because there's nowhere nearby to buy food I was hungry on the bus for hours thanks to them. Lazy, unprofessional staff, the customer service is terrible. Would not recommend anyone stay here. There are nicer and cheaper hostels elsewhere in Ha Giang.

评价： I just did the loop with Ali and it was amazing! They organized everything, including the sleeper bus to and from Ha Giang, all of our stops, food, etc. The guide was really nice and answered any questions we had, using Google translate when needed we were able to communicate everything we needed to. Our drivers really cares about keeping us safe and didn’t drive too fast, which I heard was a problem at other hostel tours. Would highly recommend!

评价： Our experience with Ali was perfect! We had a small group which made it a very personal experience. The tour guides (Duc and Alex) were amazing and we felt very safe. They gave us an authentic experience and took us to all the best spots along the loop. We couldnt recommend more!

评价： Amazing stay and a must do is the tour with the guides. It was all in all absolutely fantastic and it more safety than other group tours because you been kn a smaller group.

评价： From the time we got picked up on the sleeper bus till our 4 days, we had the best experiences. The views were amazing every day and each rest stop was fun. The tour guides were funny and charismatic. I will be recommending Ali hostel to all my friends!

评价： Super comfortable hostel which we also did the motorbike loop with! Beds are nice and clean and really comfy, also has 24 hr check in which was good for us as we got in very early morning.
We really loved the Ha Giang loop tour. Doing the Ha Giang Loop tour with Ali is cheaper than their main competitor and nice small groups too, we did the 4 day trip - home stays are very basic but adds to the fun! the guides are really lovely too!

评价： I took the 3D2N self riding motorbike tour and it was well organised with a lot of stops and viewpoints. The hostel even offers overnight buses to other places so you can travel easily directly after finishing the loop. I had a great time, thanks!

优点： The location was out of town, and after some time in Hanoi, it was a relief to feel like I was in the countryside. My room was large and comfortable with a view of hills and paddocks. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The price was excellent. We hired bikes from the hotel at a good price and this was an easygoing transaction.
