优点： High ceilings.
缺点： Dated ,in need of repairs, poor pillow quality and needs new wall paper
评价： have an unpleasant experience on the first day as I requested for a room near the lift but was given the last room. Facility not working well. I requested to change but staff unfriendly insisted it was the last room they have and only change it on the next day only
缺点： The ceiling of the room is uncomfortable
评价： A 4-star hotel in a nice location, near coex and subway station. Room is quite compact, ideal if you don’t do staycation.
优点： The staff was kind and always help me arrange for taxis
缺点： It could have been cleaner.

缺点： Bathroom door poorly locatedrnCard stopped working to give me access to elevator on day 2 of 3 night stayrnSo as a result i went to stairwell and based on this it i had a very harrowing experience. The hotel stairwell was not lighted, no motion sensor lights activated and i almost tripped down the stairs as a result. I also almost got trapped kn the stairwell because the door from stairwell to lobby is locked and then i started going up stairs to try each door and they were all locked. thank goodness on one floor the door was open and i got into a hotel room floor and luckily a guest came out to use the elevator. If it wasn’t for these two things I would have been stuck in a locked and unlighted stairwell. So this hotel isrnUnsafe and does not seem to follow safety protocols. I will be filing a complaint to the Seoul of Korea tourism board. Do not recommend hotel at all. Worst place i have stayed at due to stairwell and elevator experience.
优点： Everything, the room was nice, the cleaning ladies were kind, everyone was nice.
缺点： The smell at the entrance and when we arrive , my son need the restroom, the front desk guy didn’t want to hear us útil my husband ask him shouting.
评价： 아기 데리고 갔는데 가드 설치 해 주시고 이용은 못했지만 아기들 놀이 공간도 따로 마련돼 있어 좋아요. 위치, 위생, 서비스 모두 만족해요. n
优点： Staff was great and accommodating when I arrived early and left my luggage at the front desk. Room was cozy with a nice view. Location is great being next to bus stops.

优点： The location is very good, but the room is a little bit small but good deal for the value. But the main issue they have really need to improve is the breakfast as it is very basic and limited options.

优点： The hotel was in a perfect spot. The Coex mall was a 5 minute walk and the subway was right outside the hotel. Plenty of food options close, 10 out of 10 hotel.

优点： Location is the best i can tell about this hotel, plus the decoration
缺点： Didn’t find a kettle in the room, and even hot water dispenser in public area. Not recommend for light sleeper, because you can hear the noise from road, and also the voice from next room.
评价： For the majority of the stay (3 out of 4 nights) it was as expected, but there was one horrendous night. They were pumping the sewage out of the building at around 2am and the smell coming through the drains was unbearable, was so bad it woke both me and my partner. Coughing and gagging due to the smell and kept me up for the rest of the night with a bad headache. Called reception about the issue as soon as it occurred and they said issue would be for the whole building so we're unable to change room due to the same issue still occuring there too. To do this during a time where most of the guest would be in the hotel is bad organisation, and to also not inform us that this would be taking place as well as warn that this may happen was unacceptable for me. Wouldn't stay here again

缺点： Really small room and a little tight for space
