(Bin Bin Hotel 7 - Near Ton Duc Thang University)

Good location, nice room, friendly staff

The bathroom facilities were great, the bedding was clean, the room was good size. There was an air conditioner in the room, a fridge, a kettle and glasses. You could buy snacks and water downstairs. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

This is a nice plave to stay away from busy city of Saigon

The room was very comfortable. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants close by. Opposite a park so nice and quiet.
Would stay again.

Hotels should have flexible check-out times for guests staying overnight. Charging a fee for late check-ins between 5-10pm can discourage potential customers.

Clean.

Modern style

Beautiful hotel, clean, good service

Everything is fine until they charge me 50,000 VND for late check up for 10min. I stay many hotels most of hotel will only charge the late fees if i late check out for more than 1 hour.

This leave a bad impression to me as I feel penalize for charging me during i check out on 12.10pm. They should explain to me during i check in if there is any late check out for even after 1 min from 12.00pm.

Yên tĩnh. Sạch sẽ. Nhân viên phục vụ tốt thân thiện

评价： good

Khách sạn sạch sẽ

评价： Khách sạn nằm trong khu dân cư Him Lam, yên tĩnh và văn minh, có cả chốt trực của bảo vệ khu dân cư ngay phía trước.
