评价： This hotel quite old but still in good shape. Price is relatively cheap if compare with other nearby hotel. Do not expect much from the breakfast, just fill your stomach will do.
缺点： Please don't miss taking bills for every payment. They changed us for 3 day bike although we took only 1 day and that was paid. They cheat at checkout.
评价： The hotel offered excellent walkability and a delicious breakfast. The Wi-Fi service was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. However, parking was limited, which was a downside. The cleanliness, facilities, and value for money were top-notch, while the staff and location were good overall.
优点： Air-conditioning not cold enough, feeling quite hot in the room, no improvement even after complaining. Other than the ac, everything is good. Very good location, only about 200m away from My Khe Beach, can view sunrise every morning. The price is pretty reasonable as well. We had a great stay for the 4 nights!

缺点： Beautiful hotel, requires a bit of maintenance, lots of half jobs , painting touch ups - just paint the wall .
优点： Good location, good facilities, close to the beach as long as you have the courage to cross the 6 lanes. You will be fine with the electric cars around. Breakfast was ok.
缺点： The only down point was the service and I really hope this can be improved. I am not sure if it's just us, we don't feel welcomed and sometimes need to call out twice to get the staff's attention. We don't have this problem elsewhere so it really turned us down, especially being the last stop of our trip in Vietnam.

优点： The location was decent.
缺点： It was smelly, and definitely older. The property was not clean. I’m typically not a picky person. But this is a no thank you from me, and my family. Some staff were friendly, some were pushy and very unaccomdating. Had to switch hotels. The bed was also very discomforting.

Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone in Da Nang the staff is very friendly and helpful nice rooms and right on the beach
The only downside is the house keeping services in the morning they stand outside your door and scream house keeping very loud every morning until you get up and open the door and ask if they can clean your room later they dont stop until you answer them at the door, everything else was lovely at this hotel breakfasts are amazing and reception staff is very helpful aswell

缺点： Corridors are hot and lift queues were problematic at times

优点： Ambiance, Room view, facilities, swimming pool all are aswum
缺点： Hotel rules. THEY DEMAND FULL PAYMENT DURING CHECKIN OTHERWISE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PASSPORT.Really very bad rules as most of the currency conversion is not done at the starting point.This one is the worst rule and I only experienced this in this property only. AT HANOI or Nha trang, we give payment during checkout. Another thing is at reception no one understand English.At least one person should be there who knows English..and the worst part is room service food.They don't understand anything.If so then they should mention that this is only for Vietnamese people not for any other. VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM SUCH A 4 STAR HOTEL

TV should be smart TV to connect to our YouTube account and watch whatever we like.
The sockets are not working properly, especially for iPhone devices.
缺点： More options in BF required
优点： Need a separate shower, other than bath tub. People may fall and hit there head, if slips. Food was acceptable. Staff was friendly but really difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Room is cleaned well . Good cleaning staff.

I have free upgrade, early check in and late check out . I only need 2 hours late check out they charge me 30000 VND.
I stay there 4 night but I don't recommend this hotel to anyone
