优点： The breakfast was scrumptious, we really enjoyed it. The location is great. It is walking distance from the train street and there are restaurants nearby.

优点： Nice location, super helpful and friendly staff. Nice modern feel to the hotel. nnGreat breakfast

评价： Hotel is located just a bit outside of the city center, near the Train street but on a walking distance to other attractions. Room had everything you need for a stay. Breakfast was basic. The only downside is that some parts of the room were dusty but fot the price you pay, it is a compromise you can bear.

优点： It was a walkable distance to what we wanted to see. Good restaurants around us. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure.

评价： Actually It's a very personal comment but I am angry. The hotel made a mistake on my reservation, I expressed understanding and provide suggestion. But after standing at the reception for near 2 hourse we still didn't have a solution. I lost patience after tiring invalid communication. To be honest , the receptionist kept good attitude but it really watsed too much time and ruined my day plan. It is the worst choice I made for this vietname trip.

优点： Conveniently located in Hanoi, away from the noise of Old Quarter but easy to go to. The room size was enough for 2 persons and it was clean. There are also places to eat down the hotel.

优点： Cozy rooms and friendly staff. Kevin was excellent. He went above and beyond. Great location. Walking distance to the various Hanoi attractions. Many cafes nearby.

评价： I have booked the city view room and they gave me room with another house view when I asked them to change my room I need city view room because I have booked that one. They refused it and asked me to pay extra for that.
