优点：
The hotel looks exactly like in the pictures. Everything is well maintained and clean.
The staff was exceptionally kind, both receptionists and cleaning staff. They spoke very good English and helped us with everything we needed.
There is an open kitchen on the 5th floor that we used for cooking or preparing fresh fruit from the market (I think this once was the breakfast area).
There is a nice sitting area on the 6th floor, both indoors and outdoors. You can see the sea from the terrace.
缺点：
The pool is not really usable. It's so flat that it's almost impossible to swim. I think you could just sit in the water and relax but it was too cold for that during our stay because of the strong winds (that was in January).
A small disadvantage: there is a public speaker a bit down the road that starts playing music at 5.30AM. I like to sleep with the window open, so this was my alarm clock. If you just keep the windows closed this shouldn't be a problem though.
优点： Amazing property, nothing like it on the island. Highly recommend. Motorbike hire cheap and easy for the day.

The cleanliness and modernity, the open spaces and the air conditionig were great. Also
liked the complimentary transfer from and to the airoort, water daily and the fruit in the room! In the heart of town with great cafés nearby.

优点： The hotel was in a great location. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a bonus!

缺点：
The pool didn’t have towels available, nor chairs around it. The room in the rooftop could be nicer/more complete (no ball for the ping pong table).

优点： Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great beside the market and the room was lovely, clean and comfortable with modern furniture. I will stay here again if I come back

优点： We loved the place, staff is so helpfull, everything is smooth with them. Location is great, near market, restaurants, but still quiet. Our double room was very confortable. Cleaning every day was perfect. Rental service for scooter was good too. The swiming pool is big enough, the kitchen in floor 5th very usefull. You have all to spend a great time in the hotel.

优点： We stayed at Tuan Ninh Hotel for 3 days, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The price was reasonable, and they even gave us a free upgrade to a unit with a balcony that offered gorgeous views of the mountains! The hotel is centrally located on the island, making it easy to access nearby hotspots, including restaurants and the beach. Overall, this is a great bang for your buck in terms of location and excellent customer service!
缺点： No complaints here!
优点： Simply the best hotel in Vietnam in our 2 weeks journey. Big spacious room, modern and bright. Right in the center of the city. Very nice people at the reception, attentive and helpful, good English skills. They offered free laundry service, free airport transfer and brought fresh fruits every day into our room. Would definitely stay here again.
