评价： We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are very friendly, kind and go out of their way to help with anything you need. The breakfast was always delicious. The rooms are meticulously cleaned as well as common areas. The location is along the river which is very quiet and peaceful. A five minute walk to the beach.

优点： It was a pleasant stay! The room was clean and comfortable, there were also nice snaks in the room that you could pay layer. The family is very friendly and the location is really nice! The owner also cooked for us delicious breakfast before the normal time since we were going to travel early next morning. Thank you!

评价： The room was beautiful and location between the river and beach was great. We had a minor dispute with the owner over a missing bottle of shampoo for the room that we thought we had never seen. They wanted to charge me but eventually they dropped it as we had not stolen it and the owner kept her word about returning my money, which I am appreciative of

评价： This is not a hotel, it's a homestay. So, for those who don't know, you are staying in someone's home. So you have to adjust a little differently to your surroundings. We did not get off to the best of starts - the Agoda description clearly stated a swimming pool, and showed photos. When we arrived, we were told that was a "mistake" - that the pool belonged to the property next door. We were offered a refund, but by this point, we were committed to a lengthy stay here, so we cut a deal to use the pool for a per-use fee. The breakfast was OK but your choice is eggs or pancake. Fine for a few days. After a few weeks, it becomes tiresome. Some of the problems we experienced can be written off to communication (i.e. language) problems. Yes - we were told it was a noisy time during the Tet New Year celebration. But what was not made clear was that this "celebration" goes on for WEEKS, and that it includes people singing Karaoke on loudspeakers the size of school buses, and sounding something akin to a live cat being dipped in hot water. You get fresh towels each day, but if you want your sheets changed more every few days, you need to work something out with the owner. The location is very close to the ocean bars, and a little exploring will get you a long way. The Old Town is a two-way taxi ride that will cost about $3 each way. Overall the room we stayed in was tight, but clean, and the bed/pillows were above average. Good water pressure in the shower, very nice bath towels and fixtures. The balcony was large and afforded a nice view of the river. At this price point, our stay was an excellent value, and we would recommend it despite the minor misunderstandings.
