优点： well organised and clean room, comfortable facilities, very nice, friendly and helpful staff
优点： Location, cleanliness and amazing staff who are always willing to help 🙏🏼 self contained unit with ample of storage space.
缺点： The stairs but staff were kind to help
优点： location was excellent. staff was super nice, communication rapid and responded to all my questions. also he recommended excellent local restaurants!
缺点： other guests were pretty noisy at night. i was about to open my door and say something but i m hoping staff would step in when guests are loud after 10pm.

缺点： No lift. We got the apartment 2 bedroom. One of the bedroom needs to be pulled out everynight. Space a little bit too cramped
优点： Very clean, excellent service and smooth check in. Heated floors. Easy temperature control. minimalistic. Parking spot with the suite. Loved it and would definitely stay again.
缺点： No elevator

优点： The rooms were large and clean, beds were so comfortable and communication and the service of the team handling our stay was amazing. They were always very quick to respond and helpful regarding all our inquiries. The location, though a bit of a walk from the public transport system, is nestled in a great part of Seoul with a lot of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants near by.
优点： Accurate photos and great service! Quick replies and good communication. They made sure we were always taken care of.
优点： Amazing from start to finish, very clean and nice with everything you need and the staff was so helpful and responsive. Making requests through WhatsApp was a breeze. Close to a look of cool bars and restaurants plus the Korean skincare and plastic surgery capital.
缺点： Walls were a little thin.
优点： The location is nice but the closest subway is kind of far. I mainly took busses while staying at Dandelion.rnrnThe staff was phenomenal and tried their best to make my stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Though my room didn't come with parking, they were able to accommodate me for one day. I also had to extend my stay for one more day and they were also able to help me with that. They like to communicate via KakaoTalk.rnrnI also liked that there was washer in the room to do laundry. That made things very convenient.
缺点： The rooms were a lot smaller than I thought. I initially stayed in a double room with courtyard view. There was no courtyard to view. There also wasn't a TV in the bedroom and there wasn't enough space to setup a work station and a vanity. I had to set it up in the same location.rnThe 2nd room I stayed at was for 4 persons, I liked that room much better. There was ample space to open up all my luggage and there was mattress you can setup in the living room.rnThe other thing I wish I knew but didn't know until I left was that there was water and coffee available in the check-in area. I didn't know this and ended up buying bottles of water for my room. I wish I knew earlier and would have utilized this.
