优点： The staff are helpful and friendly, they greet us whenever they see us. They're also fairly quick to help when we call them for anything.

优点： I travelled with 2 other person's, my elderly mother and my niece. nnThe room is fairy comfortable, in a sense that : 1. The bed is quite nice, 2. The overlaying mattresses are ok. 3..However the directory books that they put in the desk are already tattered. Giving the room a sordid feeling.nnHowever, I must say that: 1. The bed sheets are not crispy white, they already have a greyish fading white colour. 2. Likewise, the towels. The towels may be clean, but not crispy white. 3. No bathmat in our room, I have to call for an extra towel to be used as bathmat. Otherwise water may spill into the room. nnThe staff does not have any pride in the hotel, even though it is their workplace. When I complained, the answer that I got we are only a 2-star establishment , not a 3-star and above'nnThe staff are the worst parts of the hotel. This is what we experienced: 1. Relatively friendly, 2..The hotel doesn't recruit from top hospitality colleges or schools, and this show on their attitudes, 3. Checking out from the hotel, the staff at the front desk asked me to wait while she called another staff to check out room. Checking for left items or whether we have nicked any hotel properties? There were not that many properties in the room anyway. 4. When we were already in the car, as the car getting ready to leave the parking lot, that staff from the front desk ran after us and asked us about the extra towel that we asked and the bathmat. She wanted to know where are they. I told her there was not a bathmat in the bathroom, and the extra towel is in the bathroom. I told her we did not steal the old towel.nnThat was the first and last time we will ever use Zest Hotel in any cities in Indonesia. We stayed there just because we had a change of plans and my favourite hotels in the city of Bogor were all fully booked.
