allows the property to contact guests for property details and check-in instructions (both face-to-face and non-face-to-
face).
ᄆ If guests do not provide or enter incorrect contact information during the reservation, kindly forward the correct details
along with a copy of the reservation confirmation or details to the property promptly.
ᄆ The property cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the absence or inaccuracy of contact information.
ᄆ For check-ins after 08:00 PM (Korean time) on the arrival day, it is necessary to contact the property in advance to
arrange the check-in time and procedure.
ᄆ Each property has varying options, statuses, and charges for services, facilities, and payment methods. Therefore,
please confirm directly with the property before check-in.
ᄆ Special requests are subject to variability based on individual property policies and circumstances.
ᄆ Smoking is prohibited within the property premises. Guests will be held responsible for any costs, damages, or liabilities
resulting from smoking.

ㅁ Entry and refund are not allowed if the maximum occupancy is exceeded
ㅁ Minors (under 19) are not allowed to stay without a guardian
ㅁ Mixed-gender group stays are not permitted according to property policy
ㅁ Pets are not allowed in any rooms
ㅁ Property images may differ from reality
ㅁ Please be mindful of safety during your stay
ㅁ Additional services/facilities may be changed or restricted due to weather, season, or equipment failure, and refunds are not available for such cases
ㅁ Any behavior causing inconvenience or discomfort to others, or violation of basic etiquette (such as indoor smoking or excessive noise), may result in immediate eviction
ㅁ The property is not responsible for loss of personal belongings due to guest negligence
ㅁ All areas within the building are non-smoking (including stairs and rooftop). Smoking in the room will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay. Please use the designated smoking area outside
ㅁ Compensation may be required for loss, contamination, or damage to any property facilities or items
