Review: Harga murah fasilitas kolam renangnya banyak. Cuma sayang perawatan Dan kebersihannya kurang banget. Kolam nya Kotor kamarnya juga Kotor. Padahal konsepnya ud bagus.
Review: Pelayanan tidak memuaskan, kamar kotor, toilet kotor dan bau, water heater tidak nyala, cuma dikasih 2 air mineral kecil, tidak ada tong sampah, tidak ada keset, tidak ada tissue. Kamar tidak representatif karena kamar berada di gapura bangunan dengan tangga kotor, terlalu curam, ukuran kecil, karatan dan berbahaya, tidak kids friendly. Sarapan tidak prasmanan hanya nasi goreng dan teh manis anget. Kolam renang bagus dan luas tapi kotor banget dan tidak terawat, JOROK. Ruang resepsionis tidak no smoking, saat check in pegawai merokok diruangan resepsionis/lobby. Jadi kesimpulannya JANGAN KESINI karena NO RECOMMENDED.
Review: Staff terlalu sedikit, detail kamar tidak sesuai dengan foto dan harga yg tertera di aplikasi, sampai di lokasi saya lalah downgrade tipe kamar dengan yg saya pesan, kebersihan kurang bersih,air panas tidak bergungsi. Cukup sekali dan terimakasih
Review: i dont know what to say, but this hotel is prolly the worst ive ever stay. we check in onto the hotel at 23.00 pm, theres no sign that the hotel is there so we get lost. when we arrived at the room, its a total mess. the room has not been cleaned after the previous stay so we have to tell the staff to make up our room. the staff are only 1 and quite unfriendly. the toilet are so dirty and smelly so i have to sprayed air freshener to hide the unpleasant smell. i did not expected much sinced its not expensive but atleast you have to keep the room clean so the guest are comfortable.
Review: Baru masuk sudah tercium bau debu, lantai kotor, kamar mandi kotor, di atas kasur ada kotoran cicak, suasana tidak nyaman, siaran TV tidak bisa, gorden kotor, stop kontak copot, sangat tidak direkomendasikan...semoga ke depan bisa diperhatikan kebersihan dan kenyamanannya
Review: the toilet cannot be used, the water so dirty.
Positive points: Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming
Negative points: On of the pools water was brown. The bathroom was from trainspotting.. breakfast, premade toast with Nutella- no other option. Since I walked to the kitchen everyone rushed to put the sanitary gloves on..

Positive points: The water park, although rundown, was a relief from the heat of the day.
Negative points: We booked a room with A/C. The first four rooms had AC unit which didn't cool. They upgraded us to a room with working AC, but for an additional charge. This place suffers from poor management.
Positive points: The people working there were nice and accommodating but their hands were tied because of poor management.
Negative points: We booked a room with air conditioning at the booking.com price. When we arrived there were four rooms available but air conditioning worked in none of them. We had to take a different room that had air conditioning and they made us pay an extra amount. Breakfast was kind of an afterthought. We would have been better off just leaving.
