Positive points: Host is very friendly and helpful, easy to reach whenever we have any questions. Modern and clean facilities. Apartment located in a safe area. There is aways a security at the lobby. Location is in the middle, only 10 min to china town and district 1 (city central). Highly recommend this facility.

Review: This is the second time in 2024 that I have rented an apartment at Uphoenix Home Ha DFo Centrosa. The first time was from January 14, 2024, to January 21, 2024. The second time is from March 21, 2024, to March 29, 2024. I can say the following: n1. We were welcomed very warmly and cheerfully. n2. The apartment is perfect for all my needs and the amenities are more than I expected. n3. I have rented many other apartments in Ho Chi Minh City, but here I feel very comfortable.

Positive points: Chị chủ nhà hỗ trợ 24/7, luôn trả lời tin nhắn nhanh khi gọi hay nhắn. Mình có để quên airpods, cảm ơn chị chủ nhà và cô dọn vệ sinh đã hỗ trợ giữ và trả lời rất nhanh khi cần ạ!!
