Điểm cộng: Umah Bagus was the perfect location for us catching a morning boat and Yani was extremely friendly and helpful! The room was clean with a very comfortable bed for a great nights sleep.

Đánh giá: The owner told us that our room has issues and we were moved to a different room which was a duplex type room. The hostel has great location though. Walking distance from the Sanur harbor

Điểm cộng: The host was super friendly and helpful she even cooked us delicious noodles when we arrived late. And we left something in our room when we departed, so she came to the harbour where we were waiting for the boat and found us! Thank you so much

Đánh giá: We really enjoyed our stay. The owners and staff where super friendly and helped us with luggage storage, tips for our trip and other matter. The room and main areas where clean and neat and they offered a kitchen with self serving of water, hot drinks and some small snacks. Accomodation on a quiet street, walking distance to harbour. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Điểm cộng: Location to Sanur Port. This is very basic hotel, but price is reasonable for what you receive. We have no complaints.

Đánh giá: On Cleanliness part where got a lot of dog coming in the house, as a Muslim I am a bit uncomfortable with it (should mention in description that got dog within the compound) the owner did her part to distract the dog. Overall I am satisfied with the stay. ❤️

Điểm cộng: Staff were very friendly and welcoming, bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Location was near the port and close to the beach and restaurants. Short but sweet stay!

I did not have IDR on hand to pay at check-in but Yani was kind enough to let me pay at checkout and recommended a reputable money changer just a 10 minute walk from the property. Room was super clean and had everything I needed for a great stay. AC, wifi, and hot water all worked well. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Đánh giá: Umah Bagus is exactly what you need when you get off of a long flight. It is clean, Yani is a great host. She is friendly and knowledgeable of things that you might need- prices, directions, services etc. I didn't have time to swim in the newly filled pool as our stay was short and we had a terrible flight but the room was comfortable and safe. I would stay here whenever I am passing through the islands or other parts of Bali.

Điểm cộng: The staffs are very welcome. I make a checkout in the morning to visit Nusa penida Island and they keep my bags for free. Even I back from Island they allowed to take a shower in a separate room. The place Very near from Sanur harbor.
