Đánh giá: It was such a great decision to choose this place over others. nVery peaceful and relaxing feel, We stayed in BATU VILLA with Private Pool. It was a Superb experience. The staff is super awesome and helpful. 5 Stars to the Hospitality. Would recommend coming for at least 2 nights to experience this place to the fullest.

Điểm cộng: We were looking for a place that was isolated from the city and peaceful, but we were disappointed with what we got considering the amount we paid for a 5-star hotel. The staff were nice, but there wasn't much to do, and it took us up to an hour to go back and forth to the city, which became boring as we did it every day. The services were pricier compared to other 5-star spas, so we didn't bother trying them at the resort. The food was okay. Overall, it didn't have the wow factor we were expecting based on what we saw on social media. It was definitely more like Instagram vs. Reality.

Đánh giá: The idea and master plan is awesome! The execution and attention to details on construction is somewhat lacking, it’s seems very rushed and things are not completed to 100 percent, most things there are under a constant process of being fixed. When I booked there I was not made aware that the place is under construction for a new phase so you have constant work noise and traffic and I was just ready to really leave when I was there. The fit and finish of the rooms was something of an issue for me maybe that’s just me being an outsider. The doors have poor fit and switches that cause the air conditioners not to work properly and the air conditioner systems seems to be under sized in my opinion. This is just my opinion though, I don’t think I would travel half way around the world to stay in a place that is so unmaintained again. I’m sure there are better options for the money.

Đánh giá: Amazing resort we stayed for 2 days and didn’t leave the resort as we were so relaxed and pampered we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere so we just enjoyed all the facilities. Would highly recommend for couples .

Đánh giá: We loved the bamboos eco friendly architectural design of this resort! Staff members were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the facilities and the free yoga and sound healing sessions! We loved the special dinner prepared by the resort chef!
