Đánh giá: Wouldnt stay here again, the man who greeted us and showed us to our apartment was very nice. The apartment was in a good location but the cleanliness was awful. There were ants on the bed and in the wardrobe, all the cooking equipment was covered in grease and dirt and just unuseable. It has so much potential to be a great place but with cleaning standards like this it will never change.

Đánh giá: I stayed here many separate times, had different rooms. Basically a studio. All had some basic utensils and dishes for take home food. Some have microwave and management provided me with microwave, 8-10 day stay

Đánh giá: The location is very close to the beach, and you can walk across the street to swim. The corner room view facing the sea is very beautiful. The room is relatively new, but it has also deteriorated according to the building. The room also has quite enough necessary utensils. Checking out is easy without waiting for a room inspection.nnSome points of dissatisfaction:n- The floor is a bit dirty, and the indoor slippers are very uncomfortable.n- When booking the room, you have to contact the host as the staff do not proactively call to give instructions on check-in day.

Đánh giá: This is a multi storey high rise apartment/hotel. It is very busy and sometimes you will encounter long waits for the elevator. nnWe had a couple issues with the property and the host did his best to resolve some of them. There was a leak in the bathroom sink drain which was resolved. The other problem was with the fridge which would cool however the freezer section worked but as expected would freeze the things you placed inside. The host said he would have it repaired but that never happened.nnPhotos of the property in Agoda showed a washer and listed it as a feature, however, it didn't work.nnWe stayed for 6 nights and after the 3rd we realized that you had to request to have the room cleaned and serviced. There were no literature in the room explaining this or anything like this. We contacted the host and they arranged to come by and refresh the room. They cleaned and dropped off more water and removed the towels but did not replace them. That was quickly remedied by contacting the host again.nnWe were very pleased with most aspects of our stay here but were quite disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. nnOn a positive note the view on the balcony was amazing. We would love to give this place s glowing 5 star review, but in all honesty it fell short on deserving that.

Đánh giá: TMS Roshi is where I stayed many times when I went to Quy Nhon for work, the rooms are clean, airy, and Mr. Cuong is very helpful.

Đánh giá: Overall, it is worth the price. The advantages are its proximity to the center, close to the beach, and beautiful view, but the disadvantages are that the apartment is somewhat old and not very well-equipped.

Đánh giá: I wanted to praise Cuong who is the TMS apartments onsite representative who showed me my room. He demonstrated that he is hardworking and attentive to requests to make my stay comfortable. After settling in, I noticed there wasn't a cooktop or pots. I messaged him and he quicly organised an induction cooktop, a pan and a pot. Then I noticed the floor lamp would not work. I messaged him, and again he came by promptly with a couple of tools and fixed the loose electrical wiring to make the lamp work again. I should add that i've previously stayed at TMS apartment booked through other agents where Cuong was also the onsite representative, and when I previously reqeusted a cooktop and kitchenware, he quickly organised them for me. Thanks Cuong, you deserve credit for the excellent service you provide, I really appreciate it. I'm sure you are just as good to other patrons of the hotel. I also want to commend the agent of this booking who provided good communication through Whatsapp to my questions and gave me a good room, thank you.
