Review: I'm here for the second time and still really like it. This is an apartment type. The interior is okay. Great location, close to the beach. Good soundproofing. Low rental price.

Positive points: A very modern and efficient unit with a terrific view of the ocean and ocean front. Comfortable stay.

Negative points: Not a dislike but know that the entrance is round the right side half way back.

Review: We enjoyed our stay here and will come back. It is very near the beach and has good facilities for cooking, etc. the staff brought up anything that was missing.

Positive points: Spacious

Negative points: Kitchen and balcony area was not as clean ask for another pillow but don’t have decorations of the room are not the same as the pictures posted in Booking. Found out that they can put us in any room that is available in the building.

Review: I found the room clean and quiet which I liked and great area across from the beach and the manager of the apartment was good and said if I needed anything to let them know so overall was happy and definitely will come again

Positive points: Mình cảm thấy thoải mái như ở nhà, vị trí thuận tiện có thể đi bộ để đi ăn, căn hộ rất gần biển, ban công hướng đông nhìn cả ra biển và đầm Thị Nại. Mình không gặp chủ nhà nhiều nhưng khi cần, mình gọi điện thì đều được giải quyết nhanh.

Negative points: Thang máy khá đông, đôi khi phải chờ hơi lâu. Luôn có một số thang máy bị hỏng. Hành lang căn hộ và sảnh hơi tối.

Review: I had booked two nights but got stuck in Quy Nhon. The apartment was nice. I thought the bed was going to be to hard, but slept decent. 1 block off the beach. nnThe entrance to the apartment is off the side of the building.
