Thuan Phat House Soc Trang

Đánh giá: We enjoyed our stay at Thuan Pat House. Very good location, staff is polite.

Điểm cộng: Friendly and helpful staff 👍

Đánh giá: Everything is perfect

Đánh giá: The room is decent for the price, the staff is friendly and quick. The bed is quite big, enough for two people. There is a smart TV, wifi, and free bottled water. However, the room is a bit slippery and damp (it has an old smell and the walls are slightly moldy), the toilet is clean and has hot and cold water, but the toilet bowl is a bit old. I hope the hotel will reconsider the attitude of the security guard. I understand he is elderly and may find it a bit uncomfortable helping us with the bikes, but when I asked for help, he said, "You do it yourself," which was really disappointing. This needs to be looked into! Thank you very much.

Overall good.
