Điểm cộng: The space has beautiful aesthetic. I liked the linen theme. The staff provide a coconut to welcome. The bed was comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was clean and provided soap. The kitchen was equipped with cutlery, pots, and pans and soap for washing up. Music plays all day, a chill wave vibe.

Điểm cộng: The location was quite good, it was on a nice street with a great yoga place close and some nice cafes. It was quiet at night and I slept really well. Nice chill vibe during day and very nice pool. The staff were one of the best parts of this stay - so lovely and always happy to open cold coconuts! Thanks especially to Debbie for all her assistance.

Đánh giá: This was the last stop of our bali holiday and honestly it was horrible! It didn’t feel welcoming at all and the hotel itself definitely isn’t worth the money. This was one of the most expensive places we stayed in bali and was the worse place! nnI had money taken from the safe box in the room which i needed for our next destination in Thailand. I knew it was from here as i counted my money when we first arrived in the room. When I confronted Debbie she got defensive and laughed in front of me and my partners face which I found extremely disrespectful while i was crying my eyes out. The safe was accessible with a key so i feel extremely uncomfortable as they have access to this. I didn’t feel comfortable having money on me while in Uluwatu during the days I thought it would be safe in the safe in our room but obviously not. Debbie didn’t at all try to help me it ended up in an argument which is not how I imagined a manger to handle this situation. nnThe bathroom was very unclean with a hole in the room for a window which meant ants could come in and the sink would be covered. There was constant power cuts during the night’s making it uncomfortable to sleep with the air con constantly going on and off. And this would be the same for the days so we would have to head out to dinner non showered after being at the beach because of the power cuts the water would stop. we felt extremely uncomfortable and untidy staying here. Very rude manger that has really left a bad feeling about bali to us we would never return. I wish we stayed somewhere else.

Điểm cộng: We loved the location of the property. We hired a scooter so it was conveniently located to all of uluwatu. Gooseberry (the closest restaurant - a one 1 minute walk, was amazing, really good quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinner)The staff were so helpful and friendly. Their recommendations were amazing too! We went to nearly all of them. We will be back 😃

Đánh giá: Sadly I have to give Warm Sun less than a great review. The staff was very friendly and nice and there's really nothing they can do about it. But I do feel that there should really be a big disclaimer when booking a room that there will be construction from roughly 6-7am every morning until as late as 10pm at night. Only once you get into the room, there's a note saying they apologize for this and they offer complementary coconuts to apologize for the inconvenience. I just wish I had known this before I booked. From the looks of the construction, it's not going to be done any time soon (writing this in Dec 2023). nnAlso the bathroom only has 1 shelf (+ a little space around the sink) to store toiletries. So I did, but the shelf is right under a window that doesn't shut, just open air. One night it rained and all my things were covered in black water. Lastly, the towels and bedsheets were stained.
