Positive points: Overall really nice place and family business, well located right next to the Train Street. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Bed was nice and comfy, apartment had all the essentials, minibar was well equipped and fairly priced. Breakfast was excellent.

Negative points: Even though my stay was really wonderful and I rated it 10/10, here's a few small ideas for improvement:rn- I did not want to pay with credit card because it was a 3% extra charge, but when I wanted to pay in cash the reception did not have the sufficient amount of change (this was quickly resolved luckily and I got my change back the next day, but I think this situation could have been avoided)rn- sometimes there was a bit of a bad smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom (also this can be fixed easily by closing the bathroom door)rn- perhaps a bit more toilet paper and soap would be nice (I asked for it and got it), but then again I do not want to ask every single day because I didn't want to be bothering.. but it would be nice for housekeeping to remember such things for the entire duration of the stayrn-there was no heating but luckily this was quickly resolved and I was provided with a mobile heating from the hotel staff, so many thanks :)

Positive points: Everything! Location close to all major Hanoi spots, super clean and beautiful rooms, friendly and responsive staff. Loved the lanterns in the window!!

Negative points: Too close to train street so can get noisy with the train noise as well as traffic at night.

Review: Very friendly, accommodating staff. East walking distance to everywhere in Old Quarter. Not on a super busy street. I'd certainly recommend this hotel!

Positive points: Nice friendly staffs. The room plenty of space. The location is convenient.

Negative points: Breakfast is served rather slowly. For those who have tours and need to leave early, make sure you plan enough time for breakfast. The rooms facing the street can hear noises from the street.

Review: Rất sạch sẽ và ấm cúng. Có một cái bếp nhỏ nhưng có thể cần thêm lò vi sóng. Rất gần phố tàu. Khoảng 25 phút đi bộ đến chợ và các khu vực mua sắm khác. Nhân viên thân thiện và tốt bụng. Được phục vụ trà guava đá khi đến nơi và cho phép lưu trữ hành lý miễn phí cho đến giờ nhận phòng. Có tùy chọn nhận phòng sớm với một khoản phí. Có thang bộ cũng như thang máy. Bữa sáng thì ngon trừ ly cà phê rất yếu. Tổng thể là nơi ở tốt!

Positive points: Clean and lovely hotel . The receptionists are super friendly and helped us a lot. This hotel is just walking distance to old-quarter, many restaurants,bars,coffee shops and famous train street as well. Breakfast is also good. nEspecially, I want to highlight the receptionist who is always smiling. Thank you and best wishes to all of you.

Negative points: Nothing.

Positive points: Location is very good. It’s walking distance to attractions like art museum, temple of literature, Thong Long Citadel, and train street to name a few. Staff is very accommodating and nice. Clean room and maid tidied the room everyday.

Negative points: Bed was too tough
