Đánh giá: What an amazing 4 nights at Samara away from town and the hustle and bustle. Staff just fantastic. Everything you need to relax and soak up the true joy of being in the rice fields.
Meals in restaurants very tasty. Don’t really need to go anywhere else if you don’t want to. Definitely be back again

Đánh giá: NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It’s villa & not a hotel or resort. This place has bathroom in open backyard, very weird, no door locks from the backyard to room. Basically no safety or privacy. Window blinds are broken & no curtains on windows. U can’t go all the way to the hotel by taxi. You have to get down about 700m before the villa and the hotel staff pick you up by scooter.

Điểm cộng: Wonderful stay! The property was clean, the staff was lovely, and the peaceful setting by the rice fields made for a perfect getaway. Plus, it’s just a short scooter ride to anywhere you want to go. Would definitely return!

Điểm cộng: The location and hotel are absolutely dreamy, but what truly stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay perfect. We used the shuttle to Main Street twice a day, including a 2:30 a.m. ride for our Mount Batur tour, and each time, the staff greeted us with kindness and a smile. Rusma from reservations was especially wonderful—she helped us with a late checkout and was flexible and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of, and her warm smile made everything even better. I even received a canang sari to place outside my room, which added to the special experience. I only wish we had more time. If we ever return to Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again. The restaurant is fantastic too—the eggplant dish was one of my favorites from the entire trip to Bali!

Breakfast is good.
The staff helped us with pick and drop on two wheelers till the market area which is 8-10minz walk whenever we wanted even early hours at 3am for our tour pick-up. Rusma is just a call away for any help required.Highly recommended.

Đánh giá: Lovely staff and amazing location, beautiful walk into town through the rice paddies. The only downside was the curtains/blinds in the room don’t block out any light and I unfortunately didn’t receive any water in my room. However I still had a really lovely stay and will be back!

The hotel's serene ambiance was occasionally punctuated by the presence of adorable ducks, adding a touch of charm rather than disturbance. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor shower in the bathroom, which provided a unique and refreshing experience, though it did attract some friendly lizards.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with any issues, making the stay even more pleasant. For those wanting to explore the city, it was an easy walk to downtown Ubud, but for the less energetic, a convenient moto shuttle was available.
The generous-sized pool was a perfect addition to the serene setting, offering a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, this hotel is a gem for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to the vibrant heart of Ubud.

Đánh giá: Suffice to say, our stay in The Samara is a very pleasant one. The staff is very polite and helpful, room is super clean and tidy, location is surrounded by paddy field and is near the city center (although can only be accessed with bike), overall it is very recommended to stay here

Đánh giá: Being in the middle of the rice fields, but still really close to the center of Ubud was something we really liked about the place. It was so nice to get out of the busy traffic in Ubud. Only way to get to the samara is by scooter/bike or walking. The Samara arranges pickup and transport on scooter wich actually works really well.

Điểm cộng: Samara Villas is set amongst the idyllic rice fields against a back drop of banana and coconut trees in Ubud, Bali.The fields are kept bug by multiple gorgeous ducks.The staff were super friendly and exceedingly helpful. The restaurant provides excellent local and Italian cuisine. The pool is kept pristine and the gardens are beautifully manicured. There is a 2 minute walk to the spa and a 5 minute walk to town where you have all the local ware lining the main street.
