Positive points: The apartment was very clean and also our contact person Tim was very nice and organized everything perfectly.

One more note: I can highly recommend the apartment, but the hotel is still half under construction and the construction site noise is correspondingly loud in the second half. The apartment is in the first half and therefore you don't hear any of the noise. :) I would rather book the apartment than directly at the hotel, as it is possible that you will also be accommodated in the second half.

Thanks again to Tim for the great organization and also to the hotel staff, who were almost always very accommodating 😊

Positive points: During my recent stay at The One Hoian Retreat, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and cleanliness that defined my experience from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Ho Chi and the driver, who ensured a smooth check-in process. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my needs were evident throughout my stay. The room we stayed in were a sanctuary of cleanliness and space was well maintained. We enjoyed the amenities provided especially the private beach.

Positive points: The gym space is very good and the pools are nice. The apartment has a more homely style and feel and the owner came with us to the airport to wave us off which was very sweet.

Positive points: I'm really impressed with the attention to every detail in the room. The room is full of amenities, the bed is soft, the atmosphere is cool and fresh. I can enjoy the peace here with the plants, the blue sea and cool winds. This is a good place for staying.
