Đánh giá: The room is small, cute, and very clean. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. The central location is just a 5-minute walk from the ancient town of Hoi An. Definitely worth staying.

Especially during the low season, room prices are very low and the hotel owner takes care of everything, so they are very accommodating to guests.

Điểm cộng: Always welcoming, this is the second time I've visited this establishment. The first time was alone for the Lantern Festival in April, and then I came back with a friend in May. The room was spotless ! We even booked a tour through them, which we recommended to others the following day. I highly recommend them :)

The rooms and beds were nice enough.

The hosts can organise transport and trips if you require and have access to bikes and motorbikes.
Slight communication issues but would stay here again and very close to the old town.

Our room was generally clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable, and there is a mini fridge and an electric kettle but no coffee cups. The bathroom needs some attention. The bathtub and basin need a good scrubbing.

The housekeeper is friendly and does her rounds regularly.

Điểm cộng: Very good location close to the center. Clean and spacious rooms, good a/c, nice big shower/toilet with proper hot shower, generally quiet place, free water refill, nice hosts.

The owner was very nice, brought our luggage up. (no elevator). Quiet neighborhood, nice room with balcony, modern kitchen.
