Đánh giá: The rooms were barely liveable nWe had two rooms. The kids couldn’t use the bathroom in their room and used ours. Even the toilet flush didn’t work. One of the lights stopped working during the night. One of the room lights also didn’t work. The walls were dirty and damn. The staff were rude and unaccommodating , the property is poorly maintained and old.

Điểm trừ: Too hidden and ally to come in very dark. Not save at night walk as dog barking as well. nSuggestions to have shutter service to main road will be helpful for visitors to move around especially at night.
Đánh giá: Nice setting, fabulous pool. nFood choice very limited in restaurant. Garden is very nice but could do with regular trimming

Điểm trừ: Ok ,rnI think the location is fine m getting to the front gate up via the gangs was problem , no arrows or signage.google earth gives you the wrong entrance location.rnIn its day I believe the complex would be great, it needs major gardens and maintenance updated, lots of over grown vegetation , its needs some tender care to turn it back into a great small resort. Maybe upgrade the management.

Điểm cộng: The location was easy to find and the pool was great. Spacious parking lot. View from the room overlooked the pool, there's an outdoor kitchen.
Điểm trừ: The suite room we had, there are a few uncomfortable things that we experienced. For instance, the bedroom walls needed to be repainted, please spray mosquito repellent before customers' stay, and the last but not the least is cover the unnecessary closed-windows mounted on the wall. I mean, we needed to sleep, but the light coming through those windows was too bright that ended up not having a better sleep. Unless you are a morning person, then it's not a problem lol.
Đánh giá: The garden villa- not a recommendation for stay. It is situated in a very dark and secluded place. The villa is made beautiful but lacks basic hygiene items such as cleanliness, Ac repairing , washbasin sink, mosquitoes, etc. nhad the basic things been taken care of, it would have been a beautiful stay !
Điểm cộng: Sorry, but there is really nothing that would make me happy about this place. Not even the staff who usually very pleasant and pleasing in Bali.
Điểm trừ: This is not a hotel or not even remotely resembles something that is hospitality business related.rnFrom the moment we - finally - arrived after driving through an endless long and extremely narrow street, we should have known that this was going to be bad. The location for one is an absolute put off.rnPaying with a credit card seemed to be too much of a hazzle and the staff pushing us for cash.rnWe stayed in one of their deluxe lumbung rooms. These are run down wooden shacks. Nothing to do with the original Indonesian century old wooden structures. rnWe arrived and the room was boiling hot and infested with mosquitoes. The staff said they forgot to turn on the AC. The room only got cold after we came back from dinner and an evening out after 6 hours.rnThe towels have holes in them, are stained and so worn down that they are barely worth the name towel. rnThe internet does not work. Staff were very snotty about it until I dragged one of them to the room and asked him to log in. Then he was able to admit that it does not work.rnBedside tables lamps have American plugs that don't fit the sockets.... I cannot even start to comprehend this... The lamps are just standing there with the plugs lying next to the sockets...rnThe outside bathrooms are just filthy and offer no privacy. The bamboo fences have openins so big that the entire village can come an watch you take a shower.rnI could go on and on, but I don't have the energy.

Đánh giá: Last night I stayed at your villa garden.. villanUnfortunately the room had ceiling dirt and sand all over the sheets and light not working.. entered the room was so hot .. not breathable and staff not upstanding me due to poor English.. towels were old musty and hard and no glasses.. lights clickering and tried to get bike thus morning and no safe bikes to use out of 10 bikes not one working.. this is very poor and lazy from management.. I should enter accommodation with comfort .. this is unacceptable and they had nice rooms which they did not give.. I asked the man said room not used for long time.. I shouldn't have to have holiday like this .. management is non existent..email obsolete and called manager she blamed on staff .. no responsibility on her behalf n. Especially on 30 yr old bike scrapheap

Điểm trừ: - staff organization seemed very bad, checkin took a long time and it seemed they were not expecting usn- the tour guide accompanying us had to intervene to ask of everything was ok as they were taking a long time confirm ling my passport n- room was not prepared beforehand and had dirty towels in itn- staff had to rush to the room to check if it was acceptable for us to stay as if it wasn't cleaned before, we suspect that the sheets were not changed to clean ones before we arrivedn- no clean towels there, staff had to bring two for us after we got in the roomn- bugs in our room: one cockroach, one gecko and one frogn- they were unsure if our reservation had breakfast included or not, we had to check ourselvesn- shower gel dispenser was detached from the wall because the base was not a matching set with the container and when we tried to use it it fell on the floor and spilled shower gel all over the shower floor...n- bathroom had a hole to the outside(garden) in the bottom of a vertical window where all the bugs could get in at night n- the shower tap was covered in limescale
Đánh giá: It's a bit hidden and quite a distance from shops etc. I enjoyed the walk down to the beach. Food menu is very basic. Pool is large in beautiful surroundings. Most of the time I was the only person using the pool. Very quiet and tranquil. The AC in the room feels under powered but acceptable. I enjoyed my stay.

Điểm trừ: * The Room Furniture is so old & the bathroom + Toilets need to be renewed.n* No Amenities “ Shower Gel , Shampoo, soap & detergent provided. n* The cooking stuff is so old and not clean. n* They charged us money for keeping our luggage stored in the hotel for the days we had trip to Nusa Doa & Gili Trawangan which is low level Customer service. n* They are charging extra 3 % if you pay by card instead of cash which is unusual system specially for hotels ‼️and not mentioned while booking , it is so unfair system in bali a lot of shops they charge it “while this fee which the bank charging it to them known all over the world the merchant has to pay it not the customers. n* Their main kitchen near the reception which they are using to cook for the guests is so dirty and they are using old cooking stuff. n* No hot water in the shower .
Đánh giá: I checked in late at night around 10 pm and my room had cockroaches running around ... I used insect repellent spray as I was tired and went to bed.nnNext day in morning no hot water in shower and shower head was broken. I took pictures and explained this to manager.nnTo my surprise she started yelling in lobby. Instead of being emphatetic and apogetic she said your mistake as to why didn't bring it to her attention at 10.30 pm in night . n I couldn't feel anymore embarrassed and left straight away . nMust say that I didn't meet anymore rude person in hotels yet ... and I travel frequently .

Đánh giá: We stayed here as a group in the joglo villas. nNice big rooms, big outdoor bathrooms. Kitchen was good for the fridge. nnGreat pool area! Friendly staff, not a huge hotel so usually quiet. nnDid have a long walk to beach/restaurants but quite part of town so it was easy to get around or borrow a push bike and easily ride.
Điểm cộng: I liked the environment and staff there. A pretty decent place to enjoy your solo time. The rooms remind you of the old kings of Asia. The bedsheet was a little torn, but you can ignore them. The swimming pool is the best thing here. The cottage will give you a grand feel. They give you free bicycles to roam around. Value for money. I would love to stay here again and again.
Điểm trừ: The location is a little difficult to find on the first day. But after you check in, you find it quite convenient.
