Đánh giá: Great staff hospitality and attitude. What was lacking is family room or connecting rooms. the swimming pool is small but nice for kids. nthe breakfast options and taste is great.
Điểm cộng: The room was spacious and very nice. This was a free room upgrade which I received at check in. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.

Điểm trừ: Everything! The room was dirty: stained and dirty sheets and towels. The floor was full of dust and hair from previous guests. There was mold in the showers. The shower hanger which was located on top of the toilet came off as soon as we entered the room. I called the receptionist and asked for towels and an engineer to fix it. They sent towels and someone to clean the room, followed by an engineer to fix the towel rack. The rack was not fixed and came off as soon as the engineer left. He also left the bathroom floor muddy. I asked them to change my room and they never did!nnThe service was terrible. They were slow and unresponsive. The corridors were hot, there was noise everywhere, all the time. Fortunately we were just there for few hours every night, otherwise the stay would have been unbarable
