Điểm cộng: Very friendly staff - super money value. Location is good, less than 10 minutes walking to a very good restaurant and 25 minutes to the white beach. And very good place to start a menjangan snorkeling trip, which the homestay arranged for us. Highlight for us was the amazing outdoor shower :)

Điểm cộng: The garden is pretty and the rooms are pretty as well. Cool concept for the outside bathroom. They also did make me lak lak in the mornings as I’m vegan/gf and that was so sweet!!

Điểm trừ: We were laughing at how loud the speakers were during Ramadan (you might consider timing for your stay). Some local dogs were loud. And this is likely more a problem for me, but mosquitos love me and it was hard with the bathroom outside and with the thatch or brick walls because I couldn’t see them to so easily squash them so they definitely kept me up. We did also try to help fix the door so that it actually latched/locked, and we were able to do that so that one now locks.
