Đánh giá: Friendly staff, clean room and comfy atmosfer
Điểm cộng: room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, bed sheets and towels were cleaned, food in the resto was yummy, facilities were very well maintained, staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. :)

Điểm cộng: The location of the hotel is great and the view on the ocean from our balcony was amazing. Service was great. A special mention for Ms. Nina who has been extremely professional, kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Điểm trừ: Breakfast could be improved with a better quality coffee and more choice of pastries such as croissants. Also food quality served at the restaurant should be improved. The room at 5th floor was a bit noisy due to a noise perhaps from the water pump located on the roof. Also the AC is too noisy.

Đánh giá: Staffs are very hospitable, and friendly. The hotel is full of fresh air, great sea view.
Điểm cộng: I just thought it was a great hotel in an amazing location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There weren't many guests which was good for me but a shame that tourist numbers have not really recovered in Belitung since COVID..the island and hotel are really worth the visit.
Điểm trừ: There is a fair bit of rubbish on the sort of beach area in front of the hotel.

Điểm cộng: Breakfast buffet as well as dinner selections were superb, the chef excellent and friendly. Staff, particularly front manager were beyond helpful in arranging for nature outings.
Điểm trừ: Traveler should be aware that transport on Belitung Island is problematic. Car/driver hires for just half a day are expensive. Grab is only from the airport to your hotel. This transport situation was irritating but overall a minor issue.

Điểm cộng: the room was spacious enough and we stayed in king ocean view. The view was excellent, balcony wide enough to enjoy the view, facilities of the room was nice, water cattle working well and clean, so does the bathroom. Super King sized bed was very comfortable, and play room facilities was nice, we play chess and coklak at level 1 at night with a hot coco makes it perfect. Gym room size and equipment also enough for workout, a lot of dumbell choices.
Điểm trừ: The sheets was shown over used, it has discolouration already. The swimming pool are big enough but maintainance was bad, the tiles need lot to be fixed, it was dangerous for guest who swim and walk which can cut them self it was very sharp.
Đánh giá: Menginap di Swiss Belresort Belitung, lokasi memang jauh dari pusat kota tetapi areanya sangat nyaman dan ada beberapa kedai makanan jika jalan sedikit keluar. ada indomaret jg bisa beli berbagai keperluan disana. untuk breakfast cukup beragam tp menginap disini 3malam, kurang variatif untuk breakfastnya

Đánh giá: Nice stay, near Tanjung Kelayang for island hoping. Bit far from the city. if your main activity is beach and island, this will be nice place, but if your main activity in the city, this would be tiresome.

Điểm trừ: the staff not cleaning my room until I ask to clean it. Beside that they forgot to give us the towel.
