Đánh giá: My stay was comfortable and pleasant. Although the room was of standard size and it looked fairly tired, I was impressed that it was very clean. I must highlight that the staff were exceptional. Whenever I wanted something, they were prompt in responding to ny requests. While initially I was given a room on the top floor previously used by smokers and which had a lingering cigarette smell, when I requested for a change of room, the staff were prompt in helping me. What I liked most was the fact that the hotel location was next to a mall where I could have my dinner since there was an ample variety of restaurants. That said, the breakfast was very good because of the variety of offerings. I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Pekanbaru for 3-4 days.

Đánh giá: Stay disini kurang lebih 9 malam, overall semuanya bagus, dekat dengan Mal SKA jadi kalo butuh sesuatu mudah carinya. Cuma waktu booking ada sedikit kendala, kita pesan di agoda yg king, tp di hotelnya masuk double.

Đánh giá: Good location, good service, and clean enough. It is a good place for the weekend if you find a place near two big malls in Pekanbaru
Đánh giá: The room needed a touch up. Otherwise it was excellent. Decent breakfast buffet, sambal was good. Close to 2 malls with heaps of food options. Shower had rainforest style only. Staff were very accomadating and very patient in the face of a difficult singaporean customer. Overall would stay here again

Đánh giá: With Ska Mall next door and Living World across the road, spoilt for choice for shopping. Grab/Gojek is easy for transport. Breakfast in hotel is good but rather crowded.
