优点： Amazingly clean, strategic location, friendliest staff from the front office to f & b to the housekeeping.

评价： We had a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom, both neat and clean! We were given Level 6, non-smoking, Quiet and Nice.nnI usually don't fall asleep or go into deep sleep when I travel, but this hotel is different! Snoring away.nnThe breakfast served is delicious to our likings. Good varieties but not a wide spread. The cafe staff we met were very thoughtful, always going the extra mile. Thank you Ms Ferusi for making me cups of delicious coffee.nnThe hotel is located in a strategic site, it's near to all new or older malls.nnWe looking forward to coming back again and again.

评价： Affordable price. Near grand batam mall. Walking distance to nearby eateries such as foodcourt and roadside stall etc instead of the mall for adventurous holiday makers. Lift abit slow even not a very tall hotel. Other than that nothing much to complaint about. Will consider to book again.
