Đánh giá: It was our first time staying at Swiss-Belhotel HarborBay and we were greeted with Ms Tesa with great hospitality and patience. She was very nice in ensuring our special day was amazing by decorating our room beforehand and a complimentary cake 🍰. The breakfast in the hotel was clean, good and great variety with top up of the food promptly. The cocktails in the bar was yummy. Overall it's an amazing experience for us at Swiss-Belhotel HarborBay and will definitely be back to commemorate special days!

During my stay, I fell ill, and the team went beyond their usual duties to ensure my comfort and recovery.nnThey promptly arranged for a doctor to see me at the hotel, making the process seamless and stress-free. Following that, the staff continued to check on me, offering extra hot teas and warm get-well-soon messages, which truly made a difference in my stay. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly heartwarming.nnA special thanks to Mr. Danang, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support and professionalism. His dedication to guest well-being is commendable.nnI highly recommend Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay to anyone visiting Batam. Đánh giá: All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was great, big, clean and the tv channels a lot of selection. nSelection of breakfast also a lot to choose. The food is good and tasty.nCheck-in/out was smooth and fast.nFacilities - swimming pool, gym and message also available.nHighly recommended!!! Looking forward to stay there again...☺️

Đánh giá: Air con poornExpensive in a country where good hotels cost way cheaper. On top of that no breakfast....so when in Batam..there are other hotels where you can get breakfast and nice room for the same price. I did not check enough as I aas rushing to get a place

Maya texted me a day before arrival to check our requirements which is a lot 2 sets of connecting rooms, all with twin beds. rnShe is there to welcome us at check in and even made dinner reservations for us. rnrnWe have not received this level of service from any other Hotel previously.

Đánh giá: Great service. Hotel is under some renovation but only can hear a bit of knocking for a short period. It does not affect my stay there. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit. 24 hours hotel massage available. Alternatively, there’s a massage place just opposite the hotel.

Đánh giá: The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, especially Maya whom have prepared a small surprise cake for my parents as we celebrating mother and father day! The room is clean, huge and comfortable. There is spa massage in the hotel which is not bad. Surrounding the hotels got salon, massage and food which is convenient too! Breakfast got varieties and is nice. nnHowever, few suggestions to improve the facility such as the TV in the room which might be too old-fashioned as it cannot connect to phone or online or youtube. And the sauna room a bit exposed as people passing by can look through the small window into the room, which make us a bit uneasy.
