Đánh giá: This minsu is more of a hotel stay experience. The highlight of this stay is the viewing platform for the morning sunrise and breathtaking mountain view. The architecture of the buildings and decorations were really pretty and tasteful, which makes the place very Instagrammable. The resident cats and dog were not very friendly, unlike the previous local minsu we were at. Fronthouse staff was courteous but the overall feeling (other staff etc) was not warm. It felt like they were there to just do their work and it didn't seem like they were doing it with pride, again not the kind of Taiwanese hospitality we have experienced at other places. Trash was full and cutleries at common area were not cleared by the end of the day. We took the room with the loft which was fun for kids but the mattress is really thin and not supportive if it's adults sleeping there.

Điểm cộng: The hotel room and location were beautiful. It is nice that there is the option to have a hot pot dinner, although it has to be booked in advance. There aren't many options for food in town, and what is available is pretty much only hot pot.

Điểm cộng: A perfect stay for 2 nights - spectacular views (I think the scenery is best facing to the east!), great access to the nearby trails & on the bus line to Alishan. Room well-appointed with very thoughtful touches and the entire aesthetic is very well designed. The dining room has amazing views, and both breakfast and the hotpot dinner are highlights of their own. The owners are also absolutely lovely and welcoming!

Đánh giá: Very nice new building and restaurant. The room was a bit pricey for me as we stayed in the new building with the view. Toilet is new but perhaps due to the weather it has a very strong mold smell in both of our rooms.I will definitely return and book the older bldg which is cheaper and just enjoy the view from restaurant. Owners hospitality is superb.

Điểm cộng: We liked this facility for its location, nice room, great views (if you book a mountain view room), good food (if you book the optional personal hotpot dinner), and above all, very courteous and helpful owner and staff.

Đánh giá: Hotel is located halfway in the mountain, it has a good view of both the sunset and sunrise. We stayed in a quadruple room, and paid money for an additional roll away mattress. Our stay was very pleasant, and the estate is very quiet. We could also view the stars late at night. Steamboat dinner had to be pre booked 1 day before. We really loved the high quality tea leaves that were provided in the room and at breakfast. It was a fantastic stay.

Đánh giá: The family running this property paid attention to every small detail to make our stay exceptional. The hotel is surrounded by scenic views on all the 4 sides. Hotel is very close to popular walking trails. Food tastes and looks outstanding. The hotel interiors are tastefully decorated. Pet animals are cute and I enjoyed playing with them. I will go there again if I get a chance.

Điểm cộng: The first thing you see when you get to Sun Sweet House is a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the room was clean and neat. They offer sunrise viewings and in the evening a firefly walking tour, which I highly recommend and was magical. You can also get a free tea tasting of the local teas. Ultimately extremely beautiful and relaxing.

Đánh giá: Really love the place. Thoughtfully planned and layout of its facilities. Though 6 years old, facilities looks new and clean. Quiet place. Great thing is able to watch sunrise at the room balcony. nnLocation: good for self-drive or rental transportation.

Điểm cộng: What didn’t we like?! The location was incredible with stunning views of the mountains and tea farms right from our room. We were able to watch the sunrise from our balcony. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure I could eat the delicious hot pot given my dietary restrictions (gluten free). The tea they grow is served in the restaurant, and it is delicious. There is also a beautiful walk (the tea mist trail) just a 5 minutes walk away, which was perfect. We stumbled on a huge group of Formosan macaques during that walk, which was magical. Absolutely fantastic , relaxing, beautiful, comfortable place to stay.

Đánh giá: A hidden hideout in the mid mountain, amazing place with sunset view. Equipped with all the facilities you will need during a cold weather. Limited choices during breakfast but is enough to fill yourself, coffee is a must, it will satisfy your taste bud. Lastly you will be welcomed by Orange and Nico, find out who are they when you visit 😉

Đánh giá: Great place to stay for a night to access eryanping trail though it is kn the middle of the highway between Fenqihu and Chiayi. A car will be handy but we ended up with a cab to Chiayi Station upon check out. nThe property is clean, cozy and with great view. Dinner and breakfast were good too. But the host could be a little bit more attentive and helpful to our questions on transportation, which we have to sort out ourselves in the end.
