Review: Accessible location, with good breakfast. However, staff is not 24/7 which is not ideal if you are arriving extremely late on Day 1.
Positive points: The location is in central Myeongdong. You will feel the crowded the moment you leave the front door hotel.
Negative points: We stayed for five nights, and the hotel states that if you stay longer than three nights, you can can ask the hotel to clean up your room. On the 2nd day we stayed, I thought just by pulling out the room card, the staff will come and clean the room because the moment you pull the card out of the card holder inside the room, the cleaning light in front of the room comes up. It turns out we need to ask directly to the receptionist in the first floor. rnrnSo, I asked this middle aged man who appeared to be the owner and also on duty that day to make sure that my room is clean up the next day. Then, the owner said to me that tomorrow is Wednesday, and the cleaning staff won't come on that day. It appears they are outsourcing the cleaning staff and they won't come every Wednesday. Then I asked him once again, OK, then please clean up my room on Thursday. He was very reluctant and replied to me: You want to clean the room just for one day? I'm like, what do you mean just for one day? We booked the hotel room for five days! Eventually he agreed to clean up my room on Thursday. But that kind of mindset really irritating to me. Also, the room was not so clean, that a small centipede was crawling on the ceiling. Luckily, it was just the moment when we were about to entered the room when I realized there was an insect on the ceiling.
Review: Hotel is just 5-minute walk to exit 8 of the metro and the airport limousine bus stop. Perfect location as you can just walk to the shopping street as well. There are nearby restaurants by the hotel, too. I loved my stay! Room was clean and away from the crowd, so I had a good sleep. I would surely book this again for my next trip!

Review: Stay7 Myeongdong is a great budget hotel in an unbeatable location—just steps from the subway and super convenient for airport access via the 6015 bus. I stayed a total of 4 nights and appreciated the easy transportation. The hotel also provides a small breakfast (toast, cereal, juice) that's nice for a quick bite in the morning. However, the rooms are quite small, especially for two people with large luggage. One downside was the luggage storage fee—10,000 won per bag overnight with no discount, even for returning guests. Overall, good value for location, with a few things to keep in mind.
Positive points: Location, free breakfast, water dispenser with hot and cold water available on each floor, weighing scale for luggages located on each floor
Negative points: Size of the room but I knew it before booking so I can't complain. Anyways, we were there to sleep only so the room served it's purpose.

Positive points: Complimentary breakfast. Very close to the night market. Literally just right behind it. You won't get hungry as there's plenty of restaurants nearby. 6001 and 6015 bus that takes you to the airport is just outside of the Myeongdong train station.
Negative points: I wish the shower can be separated from the overall bathroom but no big deal.
Review: The rooms are very small its difficult for a group family type to stay in this kind of hotel. and its expenssive
Positive points: Great location and a couple of minutes from the night market. The street is very quiet and you can not hear the bustling street nearby. nThe hotel is a 5 minute walk to the myendong station, where you can catch the tour bus to the dmz (book on klook). There are plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast is light with ramen, toast, cereal, and ham as options.
Negative points: The room is very small. The towels are not actual large towels but hand towels. The blankets are also on the small side, and you are given a thin pillow. nThe shower is connected to the sink faucet, so the bathroom gets all wet.
Review: the staffs are very helpful. it so happened the elevator was broken when i checked in and my room was on the 6th floor. theyre prompt to help me carry my stuff or provide some things that i need. price is okay for the location with free breakfasts and there'sa balcony you can lounge around. just a heads up, the street leading to the hotel is a smoking zone so be prepared to see smokers here and there but overall it was good
