Review: Sue Smith constantly from bathroom going throughout the room as well not a pleasant experience

Positive points: PRO: Although Song Hưng is a 2-star hotel, It is very nice, clean, and the price is very reasonable.
CON: Too noisy (not always) in next door room. smoking smelled on hallway.

Review: I rented 2 rooms. Both are 40m2 in size, but when I checked in, one room was larger and the other smaller.
Since I don't need a large space, it's acceptable.
However, the bathroom drains smell a bit, the larger room is by the window, making it more airy than the smaller room. The lighting in the smaller room is dim. The positioning of the air conditioner is not very reasonable. The fan is quite noisy.
The location is convenient for commuting. The prices are reasonable.
