Đánh giá: Very nice little resort, the room was cleaned every day, comfortable and the whole stay was enjoyable. Not sure if the pool filters were working were as the water was not clear. The breakfast was varied but the quality was missing. Nevertheless, we would go back there with pleasure.

Đánh giá: Stuffs were soo helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Location was good. Breakfast added an additional advantage. They also provide bike rental. Dropped me to the port for next ferry.
I will give them 9.5/10.

Deducted 0.5 as they didn’t provide any slippers on the room as floor was cold for some people this wasn’t any issue.

Điểm cộng: The staff. Lovely group of young people working for this hotel. Margiana in particular was very nice and helpful during our stay and made our stay more enjoyable.

Đánh giá: Very near by to Sanur harbour, expect basic , clean room, elsevno other great amenities. Just go for this if looking in a low budget. No room service provided. Breakfast of no use.

Đánh giá: Penida is a place where you can chill out in the evening. Nothing much to roam around at night. Just some drinks and pizza s for the night and this place offers just that .
This is very close to the port and staffs are very helpful and at night sit by the pool or you can listen to soft music in their cafe and have some beers.
It is not near sea shore so you can't be expecting the similar vibes.

Đánh giá: After traveling SEA for a month, this was the worst place we’ve ever stayed at.

From the start, the receptionist (Rosa), was cold and unfriendly, not helping us with our baggage nor introducing the room to us. She sped walk in front of us, handed us the key and left.

The internet did not work during our stay and she did not bother to tell us it was down. The entire stay was just her having non existent customer service whenever we asked her for assistance. Plainly put, she should not be in this line of work. She has 0 professionalism and couldn’t be bothered helping out guests.

Next, the bathroom ceiling had MOULD sprouting out. Even a little in the main bedroom- ya heard that right. The main door could not close and lock properly, and the tap faucet and soap container was full of green rust. The place is in dire need for a complete renovation. Wish I could attach pictures because it really is disastrous.

The towels smelt like cigarettes and the bed sheets and sofa was full of stains. Cherry on top of the cake- our check out receptionist (Koma) wanted to charge us double (one more time in person during check out) when we already paid on Agoda, WHILE smoking a cigarette. Like??? 🤡 Not to mention the fact that it’s absurd, he was extremely blatant about it, blowing the cigarette smoke right to our faces.

Management has some serious work to do, having service staff like Rosa and Koma will definitely lead the place downhill, if it’s not bad enough.

Seriously, i’m not exaggerating and i wish Agoda would allow pictures cause damn, the evidence i have. Find your pick elsewhere, the pictures are too good to be true.

Điểm cộng: Very quiet and relaxing property even though the surrounding area was very busy! It was right in the center of a bunch of nice restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and we loved the pool! I would recommend this place to couples and families.

Đánh giá: The room itself was clean. The bathroom was a but stinky. Worth the money, but not more. The staff was really nice and the possibility to Rent a Scooter in the Hotel was perfect.

Điểm cộng: The cleanest and most comfortable stay in Bali yet, staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was great and we even got a ride to the ferry. Would definitely recommend.

Đánh giá: We stayed here for 3 nights, there are lot of restaurants nearby so no need to take any load about it. Also the staff is so friendly that they will do everything to make you comfortable. This property is one of the best we ever stayed. If you are thinking about booking it, please book it without any hesitation. When we will be back next time, I will choose this same property.
