Review: reasonable price, clean bed and bathroom, close to the city center. I would not mind to staying at this hotel again.
Review: Front desk receptionist (daytime male only) was less than enthusiastic in serving customer needs, and he was not very nice. The female receptionist was more sensitive and helpful.
Positive points: All the staffs are great, friendly and helpful. It is close to Chinatown with many great restaurants.
Negative points: Space is small, tv was not working.

Positive points: - Good location: District 3 go to dis.5 to have good food and go to dis.1 for night bars. The alley is quite big that grab can pick up in front of the hotel.n- Good decorations: beautiful rooms and lobby
Negative points: - My first room 203 has ants and mosquitoes (I had feedback once)n- My second room 403 has smell from drainage place. If we don’t use bathroom, which means don’t have water in drainage. The room is too smell. (Eg: I come back the room after meal for about 1 hour, the room is too bad, we spent around 20mins to wait for smell is gone)

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.nnThe hotel is cleverly tucked away in an alley, which not only reduces traffic noise but also adds to its intimate feel. Access by car is still quite manageable, which was a pleasant surprise. nnHowever, the hotel does show its age a bit some of the facilities could use an update as they appear slightly worn. Despite this, the overall experience was not diminished. The breakfast pho was a delightful start to the day, adding a local touch to the stay.nnOverall, an excellent choice for those looking for a romantic and quiet retreat, though one should be prepared for some signs of wear in the facilities.
