Review: The best transit hotel in Jakarta 💕

Positive points: I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this airport hotel was. My room was beautiful, modern, and very clean, with a nice view of a koi pond and a garden. nnI enjoyed spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool area, which has cabanas and a poolside bar. There’s also a view of the lake. nnStaff are friendly and helpful. There’s a large, modern gym. nnThe on-site restaurant was very pleasant for dinner, and I enjoyed the elevated take on chicken sate and the palm sugar cheesecake.

Review: Good hotel, renovated and very good service. Ideal if you want to stay in hotel close to airport. This still has 15-20mins drive which is normal in Jakarta.

Positive points: Amazing breakfast, pool, and service for a one night stop between flights. I had to go back and forth to the airport to find my checked bag that didn’t make it with me the day before and they were so helpful with airport transfers and extended check outs.

Positive points: The free shuttle was helpful, the driver communicated well via WhatssApp. They were very courteous and helped with my luggage. The property itself is very clean, the beds comfortable and I had a great night sleep.

Positive points: High end hotel resort treatment without the super high price. Great people, great food, great room, great facilities. Close to airport but no airport noise. Very helpful concierge. Very accommodating restaurant staff. Loved it.

Review: 1st time I’ve came here I felt like I was a Disney princess when everyone served me so well.nThe staffs in the restaurant even took care of my drink, my food even when we were buffet breakfast, kept asking me over and over again if I needed any support specially when they knew it’s my 1st time to JKT.nThey make me can not choose any place to stay except this one.nIt’s really amazing experience.

Review: Staffs were extremely friendly. The breakfast had a mast variety of choices as well. It's perfect for travelers who do not want to stay around the airport or PIK area but still want a premium experience. Highly recommend it!

Positive points: The location is very close to the airport. It is very convenient to catch flight without worrying the traffic jammed. The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. There was some issues regarding to the bathroom but overall it’s a tremendous place to spend your night near the airports
