Điểm cộng: Old property but has character. Rooms are spacious and they have a bathtub. It’s good value for the price.
Điểm trừ: It’s a little old so you might see some peeling wallpaper in the corners.
Đánh giá: Would rather stay in Sanchong area and take Metro or bus to Wanhua or Simon Ding where the hotel is much affordable except weekend rate!
Điểm cộng: Large room and very clean. Good position, 1 minute walk from the bus. Very nice and helpful staff. I would stay here again if I came back to Taipei.

Điểm trừ: There was rust on the bathtub/shower floor which is really unacceptable. The cheap price also comes along with very old facilities and furniture. If it wasn’t for the rusty bathroom I would come again, but with this experience I will not stay there again in the future.

Điểm trừ: The staff was cruel. I took a taxi to get to the hotel. Unfortunately the taxi only accepted cash and I did not have the chance to exchange the money. It was only $180 TD ($6 USD), and I asked for help fromnthe front desk so the taxi driver would not wait for too long. Both of them refused and replied It is your problem, not mine. I even gave them $20 USD and ask for $200 TD from their personal money (which for sure they could help in this emgerncy case). 30 minutes later, after the ATM 2 blocks away did not let me cash out, I got help from a phone store who lent me the money and I was not even its customer.nnAt this time, I wished I could cancel the whole booking. nnThen things got worse:nn- The room is old and smells rotten. n- The bathroom does not have blinds in the shower area and water sprays every where.n- The room is way too coldn- The lobby does not have chairsnnIn short, I love Taiwan but not this hotel. Please stay far away if you can.
Đánh giá: I lost my wallet in our hotel room. I clearly remember placing it on the table before we went out. That same day, we requested housekeeping service, and it was also the last night of our stay since we checked in.nnWe never used that wallet during our trip because we only carried a card holder with us, so we never brought the wallet outside the room after checking in. That means the wallet was left in the room the whole time. We only realized it was missing when we were already at the airport.nnWe tried calling the hotel, but no one answered. So we contacted Agoda, and they reached out to the hotel for us. The hotel claimed they didn’t find any wallet.nnI’m very sure the wallet was in the room. It's possible that housekeeping took it. This situation makes me feel that the hotel is not safe.
Điểm cộng: The price, the lively neighborhood with plenty of local, small shops and restaurants. Close to public transport. rnI had to book an extra night in Taipei and due to concerts etc. my previous hotel was fully booked and the availability elsewhere for a decent price was very low. This hotel was an exception, providing a relatively large room for a price below 100 euro/night.
Điểm trừ: The hotel is totally outdated, but for this price we can't complain too much. The worst thing however was the continuous loud noise of a machine, I presume the air-conditioning for the whole building, as I was on the top floor.
Đánh giá: Our stay here is fantastic and the room was really clean. It is big even it is cheaper than other hotels. I will booked here again soon!

Điểm cộng: No breakfast option or meals are available. However, there are good coffee shops nearby.
Điểm trừ: There is a view of the walls only and no daylight/view in the upgraded rooms so, never any need to open the curtains. The carpet in the room is pretty stained and very poor condition. No shower curtain and the bath tub is questionable.
