Seashine Apartment

Positive points: The owner is the loveliest and most helpful host! I would highly recommend staying here! Lovely quiet location a spacious place.

Positive points: Seashine Apartment was in the perfect location for our trip. Located down a small lane, the building is situated in an active little neighbourhood, yet also in a quiet spot. It is a direct 500m walk over to Man Thai beach. Also, there is a lovely coffee shop just downstairs so you don't have to stumble too far to get a strong and delicious Vietnamese coffee to kickstart your day. There are lots of little food stalls and shops within 100 to 200 metres' walking distance, as well as being located very close to the local Man Thai morning market (if you feel like cooking and/or fresh fruit and vegetables). Down the lane and across the road, you also have access to a large-ish mini-market (not like the mini-marts stocked more like a supermarket). It is a short 5 to 10 minute motorbike ride into the more touristy parts of beachside Da Nang (or a 30-40 minute walk if you're that way inclined). Again, this was the perfect location for our stay as we were looking for a quiet and restorative break on this trip. Note: the occasional block party can get LOUD (there is no volume control)! Parties usually wrapped up within a couple of hours, though. No big deal. We enjoyed the mayhem and noise, but others might not.

The apartment that we stayed in at Seashine was on a higher floor and exactly as described on this platform. Spacious with everything you could need for a short to mid-length stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, had lots of natural light as well as a small balcony. Basic toiletries and drinking water also provided upon arrival (filtered drinking water dispenser on site for guest use too). Wifi connection was solid. Hot water was great. There is also a lovely rooftop area to use -- gives you a nice 360-degree view of the area (mountains and sea included). Anh Tuấn (the owner) is very welcoming, friendly, and super-helpful -- nothing was ever a problem, he was always there to help with any questions. So happy that we found Seashine Apartment.

Positive points: The apartment owner is a nice and helpful person. He gave me bananas and drinking water for free. I recommend this room for those staying for a long time. There is a full kitchen and a washing machine, the neighbors are polite and I felt safe.
