For me the staff were exceptional and the best during my stay in around 5 different places. Their service is through WhatsApp which is convenient and they reply fast and reliable. The food also is delicious and the restaurant has an amazing view to the pool and ocean

Đánh giá: Property was lovely, we loved pool. Bring lots of sunscreen and aloe Vera as there is no shade in the pool. Also don't be fooled into getting a driver as there is an off beaten track that makes it a 5 min walk into the local beach and town, unless you struggle to get up and down a few rocks I would highly recommend asking the hotel staff where it is! Bring your snorkel gear if you have it as one of the popular snorkel points is right off the dock at the bottom of the property. The only issue we had was that our bedsheets weren't change for the length of our 4 night stay despite requesting this. They instead put our sheets inside out, I know they did as I had accidentally gotten a trickle of blood on the top of the bed and it appear on the underside of the bed after asking for a change in sheets. Staff were mostly lovely and accommodating, bit of a language barrier which is to be expected. Also do your tours through the proper companies, we decided to go through locals and were put in a dangerous situation where we went out on dangerous waters without them doing weather checks or providing life jackets till the last minute.

Đánh giá: We had a wonderful stay at this property and the pool side bar and restaurant just made our evenings and night awesome. the staff was very professional and friendly. They asked us the inform in advance what we would prefer in breakfast and at what time. They arranged everything at the given time. it was a wonderful experience.

Đánh giá: The property is very nice and is just facing the ocean. Swimming pool was infinity pool…next to the restaurant. They played live music on NYE. However, they were a bit fussy in taking food orders and while we ordered food … we wanted some to order more for our kids… but as it was 10:39 pm… they flatly refused any fresh order by saying that their kitchen closed at 10:30 pm and they won’t take any further orders. The breakfast menu was also fixed among 4-5 options and not a buffet… so whether u like the menu items or not… u will be compelled to order only those. The loud noise of Azaan coming from a close by mosque was also a big turn off. Rest the cleanliness wise, ambience wise and staff wise the property was worth it..!!

Điểm cộng: Beautifully situated facing the sea, close to Maruti Fast Boat pier. Lovely pool area for relaxation. Nice views and very large room with balcony. Short walk through a dirty track at low tide to access the beach/port area.

Đánh giá: Hotel is good and view is superb but the road to hotel is pathetic and overall roads and infrastructure development is worst in nusa penida.

Đánh giá: We were upgrade to the private suite villa which was a pleasant surprise. The view from the private pool is fantastic. Staff were very courteous and room service was excellent..their restaurant has food vegetarian options. The water supply is salty and not fit for consumption.

Đánh giá: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it’s quiet and relaxing. Word of warning, if you can’t do stairs, don’t stay here, lots of steep stairs from top to bottom. The rooms are modern and well presented, the staff are lovely. Bring your own water, they don’t supply water in the rooms. Highly recommend 💕
