Positive points: Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were small but that's the norm for Hanoi Old Quarter hotels. What really made our stay was the outstanding staff. Anna and the front desk team were really helpful. But everyone we encountered had a first class attitude and were very customer focused. I highly recommend the Scent Premium Hotel.

Positive points: The staff were excellent. From the moment we arrived to when we left, they went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. Nancy and Flora in particular were always at hand to help with anything we needed!

Review: The hotel is in a very central location, it is clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the bed really comfy, the bathroom really good and clean. Also the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. The highlight of the hotel though is the staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful! The welcomed us with their best smile and they were always willing to help and do the extra mile! All of them!

Review: My husband and I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is superb, very near to Hoan Kiem Lake and the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter.

Kudos to all the staff for giving their best and being so hospitable. Steve, Harry, Anna, and the rest made us all feel at home.

I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Hanoi in the next few years.

Positive points: Cannot say enough good things about this place. The rooms, the breakfast, the location - all was above expectations. But the staff was especially amazing. Kind, friendly, and professional, they went above and beyond service I’ve had at 5 star hotels in the US.
