Positive points: Friendly staffs. Breakfast was good. Big and nice view room with balcony. I rent motorcycle for 2 and 1/2 days, but they charged me only 2 days. Definitely stay here next time when i come back DN

Negative points: Air conditioner needs maintenance. No cool air in room 702. Other than that, im happy with the stay.

Review: We had an amazing time spent in Santori Hotel and Spa. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is 24/7 and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Review: Our hotel needs are simple and Santori hotel stay surely fulfilled positively in meeting it. One small recommendation is the coffee offered at breakfast was just warm, not hot enough to our liking. After that, everything was perfect. Great job, great team.

Positive points: Really lovely bright room with carefully chosen decor. Staff helpful at reception. Laundry processed within a few hours. Able to pay bit extra for early check-in. Nice layout and colour scheme for breakfast. Good size room.

Negative points: Poor choice of food for breakfast. For non meat eaters who wanted western breakfast was only eggs and bread. No fruit available. No juice left when I arrived and coffee was cold.
Apart from breakfast all else was great.
I didn't realise till too late that restaurant and pool were closed for the time I was there.
The handle on roof terrace door needs repairing. I got trapped outside when went to look at view and needed to call reception to come and get me out.

Review: My family and I stayed 4nights at Santori Hotel and Spa in Da Nang and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and meets all the basic requirements in terms of cleanliness and facilities, providing a comfortable environment for guests.

The breakfast options are simple but satisfying, with Vietnamese classics like **banh mi** and **pho noodles**, alternating daily between chicken or beef. It’s a good way to start the day and experience local flavors.

The location is a strong point—it’s near the iconic **Dragon Bridge** and **My Khe Beach**, making it easy to explore the city. Getting around is both convenient and affordable with Grab services readily available.

One downside was a miscommunication with the staff regarding activity bookings for **Ba Na Hills**. While the team was helpful, their limited English proficiency made it challenging to coordinate plans smoothly.

Overall, Santori Hotel and Spa is a good choice if you’re looking for a clean, well-located place to stay in Da Nang, as long as you’re prepared for occasional language barriers.

Review: We were treated really well bybtye staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a bike and that made our commute easy. The food was a challenge since we didn't get any Indian or similar for breakfast but still the staff tried their best to serve us as well as they could.

Review: No facility available. No cleanliness. Small rooms and bathrooms. No staff to help you with your query. And during our stay got charged wrongly and the property didn’t refund back our money and agoda also didn’t help in this situation. Instead told us to contact the property and deal this on our own. Like why did I even bothered to book it through agoda when they are of no help just doing defrauds and robbing the customers with fake information and details.

Negative points: Clueless staff on reception. When offered an upgrade on the room, we were quoted one price then charged another. Just said sorry my mistake. Exactly 'your mistake' not mine!

Negative points: Owner, manager, receptionist , they all unfriendly to pets. All they want is charging money for pets. They downgraded my room while I’m a genius booking.com member. I booked a room with garden view, they gave me a room view at the wall, maybe because I have a tiny Chihuahua of 1kg.
Be careful with this kind of hotel, they are not 4* hotel, the cabin shower dirty yellow mark on the corner of floor and around the wall. They provide coffee but without spoon, bad quality flip-flops are cut off the top (they might think we, the guest steal that?). The location is out of center and far from the beach (2,5km). In overall, don’t book this hotel while in Danang you have plenty of hotels with very good price, this hotel is worthless

Positive points: An ideal location close to shops and facilities. Easy walking distance to some attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy pickup point for grab and taxis

Negative points: Early morning traffic noise and kareoke bar doors away were loud early in the night. Breakfast selection was limited. No fruit available.

Review: Location is abit further from the city centre but the walk to the hotel is acceptable.

There are some food around the hotel which is easy to access.

The room is nothing too fancy as the price is cheap but value for money, except that one morning the drainage in the washroom was gushing out from the drain, pungent smell from the washroom.

Positive points: Friendly, helpful staff with good English. Laundry takes about 5 hours during the day.

Negative points: Anyone can walk in and access the elevators, no key card required. So there's a security risk there, but it's a safe city so not a big issue, just unusual to encounter that.
