Review: Booking through Agoda, I chose the payment option at the hotel to get an invoice (which added nearly 2 million per night, making it 12 million per night). The resort's front desk staff were unprofessional, saying customers had to contact Agoda themselves for the invoice. Wait! I paid at the hotel desk, didn’t I? I asked the staff to call the manager, but the manager avoided me I called the GM, who was not available. There was a Mr. Tiến, a deputy general director, who answered the staff’s call but also disappeared. After my friend guided me to contact Agoda, I was told it was possible that the hotel staff forgot or hadn’t been informed (What!). Not to mention, the villa has 3 rooms, and 3 people checked in at different times. The reception only gave 2 keys to the 2 people who checked in and asked me to contact my two friends to open the door (it’s a key issue). I had to plead with the staff! Only after I insisted did they issue an additional key. The villa with 3 rooms has a garage, but my friend's car was parked there, so I had to park on the street. Knowing to park half on the sidewalk and half on the street, the security asked me to park on the road instead. The next day, while swimming, a security guard knocked on the door telling me not to park on the street because vehicles passing by might have trouble (Wait! What do you want?). Not done yet, at 7:30 for check-out, the front desk made us wait until 8:00 for staff to start work and check the room (Again, wait! I’m fed up). When checking out, the duty manager named Phương clearly knew about the issues caused by the hotel’s mistakes but didn’t even offer an apology. The cost (24 million for 2 nights) and the frustration due to the ignorance of the staff and management. This area is sold out to owners, so no one is concerned. I will never return!

Review: Great location and villas!

Review: Pros: Love the salt pool, a bit deep (1.6m) for small children. Villa is big enough for the kids to run around. House party! Beach is quiet and nice. Breakfast is okay: Pho is great, should have more varieties. Friendly staffs.

Cons: Lighting system could be improved, some fans does not work. Furnitures should be changed as they are degraded overtime. Some doors are hard to open.

Overall: Love the place and had a great time with my family. Will come back !

Review: Well, a little disappointed actually
I had expected more as going to Sanctuary. The space is great but the facilities are not good enough (such as Toilet is old, Towels may be used for long time so not soft, not good-smelling.)
Romantic BBQ dinner was broken due to a lot of mosquitos. As moving inside, it was better but we wish there were more lights at dinning table. Lighting system should be re-considered.
Breakfast is boring although home-made coffee with various choice was nice....

Renovation is necessary I think.
