Hotel very noisy .

Review: When we got to the room there was a weird smell of ?rubber?, old wood and something else. At first, we didn't pay attention to it. But when we were trying to get to sleep, we couldn't.  There is no fresh air in the room. If you open the small window, which goes to the stairwell, only the smell of cigarettes comes in.
The floor under the bed, the fen, everything was covered with dust.
I have an allergy to dust and cigarettes, so it was bingo!  I had an asthma attack, and we left the room. The receptionist didn't offer any help, he just took our keys and said that they don't have any other free rooms.
At midnight we had to find another stay and pay twice.
If you are a traveller, it's better to go straight to the city center after the airport, for this price there are more better options there.
The bathroom was nice tho, but overall, it is still the worst hotel experience in Ho Chi Minh. I would never stay here again, not recommend to anyone.

Positive points: Rooms as pictured. Second stay and I enjoyed it. I came in late and was upgraded. They have smart TV, good wifi, hot water, good water pressure and a fridge/freezer combo. Rooms are clean. Not far from two smaller shopping centres.

Review: Many recent reviews are fake.
- Bathroom: leaked water dropped from the upper room.
- Bath towels: I haven't seen such bath towels in any hotel I lived in!
The rating I posted is still higher than in reality.

Positive points: A nice basic hotel, close to the airport. I walked there but had only carry-on. Nice that it has a proper fridge and not just a minibar. They have luggage storage. Room was clean, wifi was very good, good water pressure in the shower and nice towels. I have booked to stay again. As an additional note-best place to change money is at the airport l, just as you exit after getting your luggage. I changed at the bank and the rate was not as good. Best to get a Sim card at the airport as well, despite what google advises.
