Negative points: Manager was very abusive and cunning. I wanted to continue booking by booking.com but he close the booking on system so that i book at his hotel higher price. I saw in his system he was blocking booking. When i said why he is doing like this he started shouting and abusing my family and my country also. He is fully racist against foreigners.
Positive points: Location wise it’s very convenient.
Negative points: The facilities are not well maintained.
Review: Dirty floor, unwashed bed sheet, roaches everywhere, staff was very lazy and impolite, the picture does not match the hotel room - if you are looking to suffer then choose this hotel.

Great location in district 7. It’s nearby pretty much everything with two convenient store open 24/7.
Faculties are ok, room is clean, staff efficient.
Review: I stayed here originally when it opened. Last time I stayed my air-conditioning smelled like cigarette smoke but they fixed it the next day after I checked out. This time I stay in the same room and it seems that on the first floor it’s not good because you can hear everybody in the lobby in the morning, I like the place however, I don’t they allow smoking in rooms
Positive points: Room was nice. Rustic decor. Nice balcony. Quiet street area.
Negative points: Poor maintenance. Spa bath did not function. Bedside light did not work..it had a broken plug and they must have known about for a long time. Breakfast was very basic...either eggs or eggs...toast not fully toasted....staff not really very well trained but not their fault. Otherwise they were friendly and helpful.

Review: Very cosy and beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed the stay. Would recommend.

Phuong, the manager is a cat lover and since we travel with our cat, she take care of it.
Secondly, the place is clean, the breakfast great and the WiFi works fine.
The patio in the front of the entrance was nice to smoke our cigar while talking with Phuong.
