Review: The room is nice, a bit small, and the staff is enthusiastic.
Positive points: didn’t like anything about it.
Negative points: the room had a funny smell. the receptionist tried to make me pay more than the price I’d booked it at. he spoke no English and I no Vietnamese. I wanted to pay by card, he wanted cash. he gave me the room key and I went to the desk three times to pay by card, but the receptionist just smiled at me. I had to leave early in the morning to get a bus, a different receptionist was asleep behind the counter. he didn’t wake up. I’ve messaged both booking.com and the hotel to send me a payment link, but still waiting for a reply.
Review: There are check-in staff available 24 hours. Even at 3 AM, there are still people on duty. The location is convenient, near the mall. During my last stay, I was in a clean and comfortable room. This time, I was assigned to room 103 with a low ceiling, and when getting into bed, I could easily hit my head without paying attention. The bedsheet had insects, hair, and my sensitive skin was itchy for both nights. The room is small, just acceptable for temporary stay.
Positive points: The location
Negative points: They just told me their room full, when i came there from airport. And they require me paid first after that they lead me to another terrible dirty motel nearby. nWhen I complained, the staff responded with a very unprofessional attitude.
Positive points: Such a cosy hotel, I had a very comfortable stay despite the room not being the largest. There was everything i needed, and the TV was great, even had netflix and youtube which was a plus! The location was perfect as well, within walking distance of many great shops and cafes. Would definitely love to come back.
Negative points: Not much! Pretty much loved this place. The rooms were a little small but I actually preferred this as I get scared easily in large rooms!
