Review: Very nice place. Extraordinary staff

Positive points: The hotel is close to everything. On my first day Kevin at the reception gave me a list of all the vegetarian restaurants after hearing that I didn't eat meat and was always there to help with anything.
The manager of the hotel is also very friendly.
The room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website.

Review: Balance of value is very nice and good breakfast.

Positive points: The staff were just lovely. Very friendly. The breakfast was the best I had in Vietnam. Small menu to pick from and all so fresh, served with a smile.
Full marks, no need to change a thing.

Review: 1. We were added to the wrong room and then woken up at 00:00 to let us know. Asking to switch next day.
2. Next day we switched to a room that was unbearably stinking like public toilet.

Overall far below average.

Positive points: The hotel is well located and quiet. We arrived quite late in the evening and we got upgraded to a very spacious and nice looking room. The staffs are helpful and polite- they keep the same room for our booking in later dates even though this room is more expensive. Overall we are happy with our stay!

Positive points: We stayed here on the first two nights of our trip and liked it so much we came back again for a night at the end. The staff are super kind and helpful- they even kept our bags for 4 days at no charge while we did the Ha Giang Loop (stored in a safe luggage room, unlike some hotels where it's just tucked against a wall in reception). The location is fantastic and the room was very comfortable. We were also very touched by the staff's effort to surprise for our anniversary celebration (with rose petals, swan decorations and a delicious cake- I wrote about them in my previous review but don't think the pictures were attached so I'm including them here!) Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Review: Everything is excellent, room soze is slightly smaller

Positive points: Location was great as it was very near the lake with many shops and restaurants. There were also safer sidewalks to walk on vs having to walk on the busy streets! Traffic in Hanoi is crazy! You need to be heads up crossing the streets!

Review: The hotel location is superb, close to many attractions. The ala carte breakfast was well prepared and the staff are all courteous and provided excellent service.

Positive points: The staff were really helpful with organising tours and any other queries we had. Also the location was fantastic.

Review: Good variety of ala carte breakfast with friendly breakfast staff. The pork sticky rice is very good! So is the rice roll cake (though it's eaten more like dip noodles). Room at Level 2 is very bright because it's right beside shops. Better to opt for higher rooms. Unfortunately we had a desk clock that was ticking very loudly in the night. The next day we realised it's because it was standing against the mirror.

Positive points: Great location, right in the thick of it! The staff were very attentive and eager to make you happy, it had a great impact on the stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the aircon was good, the bathroom was renovated recently and very clean. Would stay again.
