Điểm cộng: A bit expensive for the price since the walls have mold and it’s better to have the door open for ventilation. Beds were comfortable. Staff was kind. Good location, you can walk a few steps to some restaurants but definitely will need a bike or car to go down to the beach

Điểm cộng: It’s our 2nd time to stay at Ropik’s place. It only got better as the new rooms have been finished. The room was super clean, had more than enough space for 2 people, and had an amazing view of the sunset. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing! The place is located in a very quiet area, away from the sounds of vehicles. There’s a motor rental just a minute away, a convenience store 2 minutes away, and restaurants and cafes just 5 mins away! All these are by walking distance btw. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Uluwatu.

Điểm cộng: Property was accessible to everything! There’s a motorbike rental just outside, you can walk 2 mins to the convenient store, 5 mins to cafes. Loved walking around especially at night when the air is cold!nnThey also kept the room clean every single day whenever we go out. We felt so safe, and oh the sunset view is just breathtaking from right outside or balcony!

Điểm cộng: The location was great. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. Some beaches I could even walk to. Pretty close to the Uluwatu Temple. The room was as pictured.

Điểm cộng: The balcony with nice view, clothes drying rack, fairly quiet, the refrigerator, the proprietor was very kind, walking distance to mini mart for drinking water and basics, as well as a few warung restaurants with good food.

Đánh giá: Great value for money. Nice room but could have been cleaner. The bathroom is very outdated. There was a few bugs around the room but nothing too major. Not a walkable route to get to the beach or town so have to get a taxi but good location otherwise

Đánh giá: The bathroom was dirty. At 645am a grinder was cutting pavers for a path outside my room. It was screeching loud. And I believed the checkout time to be 12 noon, at 11:30am there was pounding on my door to get out, I was unaware of the actual check out time and was not told. I went to pay with an Indonesian card and was charged extra which is unheard of.

Đánh giá: The pictures must be from when they first built the place. There was mold on the couch and mold on the walls. Spring mattress. Honestly, the price is to high for this place. It was okay for us as we are minimalist but the mold is a no no. Max I would pay to stay here 100k

Đánh giá: I most certainly got away from the hustle & bustle of solo traveling life, in and out of hostels. Ropik's place provided great value for the money, a warm shower, a fine mattress, an outdoor patio for evening reading/chilling. There were several quality places to eat within a 3 minutes walk and was just a 3-4 minute scooter ride to Suluaban beach. Overall, I was very impressed with the home stay and would recommend.nnTwo slightly negative comments to report: I did have to throw out the daily cockroach in the bathroom and the toilet didn't flush very well.

Đánh giá: I requested a king bed but they offer two separate beds, but it’s not really a big deal. The light was a bit dark which I don’t feel comfortable with. Reasonable price and distance to visit beaches
