Rooms at Josapa Guest House

Negative points: - The rooms were located on the third level, no lift, tiny staircase.n- I had to ask for Towels, and the soap they provided were sample packets. I went and bought my own bottle of soap.n- Water dispensers are never filled up, even after repeated requests/reminders. I had to buy my own bottle of water.n- Toilet has cockroaches. The toilet vent is very noisy.n- Air Conditioning is weak.n- The outside environment of the hotel smells like sewers, and is in a dilapidated state.n- The WiFi from the room is weak at best.n- The lobby locks at night.n- There's no housekeeping available.n- There's no common amenities.n- The rooms are tiny.n- The rooms aren't soundproof.nnIt's not a 3 star hotel. It's a 1 star at best.

Negative points: No tea or coffee facility and very noisy late at night from the workers opposite the hotel
