Review: The room feels like a 5 star Hotel ! Very spacious, we’ve never sleep that good in our trip. The family is really nice, best price for the bicycles and really good motorbike !
The view from the balcony is great and the way to get to the city center is magical, surrounded by rice fields.

Positive points: great view of the river, fields, town and mountains.

I was here in low season. Terrible weather but the room was a comfortable refuge and the price was amazing.

Review: Beautiful room right by the beach. For the price the room is amazing. Nice big comfortable bed and nice space overall. The couple that run the homestay are very friendly

Positive points: Really great Homestay, we loved it. We had a lot of space in our room, comfortable beds and they have a swimming pool which we used a couple of times. They helped us renting a Motorbike, so that it was no problem to get to the old quarter.

Review: The owners are the kindest humans ever and made my 2-week stay enjoyable. There isn't much to do around this home-stay so be mindful that it's the the choice if you're wanting a quiet vibe to get away from the bustle of old town, and walking distance to the beach. The space itself was clean, decent accomodations, and safe. I would recommend for solo travellers!

Review: The homestay is close to the beach (150m away) so you can walk to the sea at any time. the room is very large, clean, new and full of light. furniture is new and the host is very friendly. Huge space for parking and drying clothes. The only weak point is that the landscape surrouding is not attractive, but if you just need a place to rest after an outing in the old town center or the beach, this is a great and economical choice.

Review: The room itself was clean, however, would only recommend staying here if you’re okay with being inside your room by 11pm onwards. The hosts communication was rough as they spoke no english or outlined any expectations when it came to guidelines of the property.

After coming back from a night out I was completely locked out of my room and realized I was not given a key to access my room from an entrance that wasn’t connected to the door in which the hosts were staying in. Never was communicated that that was the case before leaving the host showed me to the gate and I naively assumed that the key they gave me gave access to my room through another entrance, I was wrong. I was outside knocking for twenty minutes before the hosts woke up (obviously I feel bad for waking them up, but what else are you supposed to do when you aren’t given a key to access your room!) the whole situation caused significant anxiety and I didn’t feel welcome from that point onwards. On top of that the host charged me extra for waking them up? Overall not a very pleasant experience.

If you want complete freedom I’d suggest looking elsewhere for accommodation as the area is plentiful of such establishments.

Review: The host are so kind and hospitable. They also welcomed me with a glass of apple juice. They loaned me a bike to go to old town. Be warned, it is a little far if you are not in shape for bike ride. I went to the beach and to town and needed a massage :-) to make it back. Next Morning, I got cafe sua da and a glass of lemongrass tea. And a nice bowl of pho for breakfast. I won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Review: These people are lovely, taking good care of me. The building is new amd clean, breakfast is big and delicious. Bicycles are good too. It's a good location, the beach os just around the corner and the bars aren't far either. Highly recommend!

Positive points: Despite the language barriers, the family were hospitable and friendly. The homestay is not far from the beach and the balcony has a nice view of the river. You can rent bikes here for a low price and they have free water refills in the kitchen.

Review: Situated in the Cam An district, look no further for the most wonderful accommodation on the riverfront in Hỏi An. How they managed to create such a welcoming feeling of opulence is nothing short of amazing. The free breakfast is delicious and the choices are great. I am writing this after having only spent the first of three nights here, such is my eagerness to share this treasure. It is only a ten minute ride to the Old Town and the hotel offers a reliable motor scooter for and small additional cost. I give this place 12/10!

Review: If you want it quiet and nice with all amenities and comfort like a 5 star hotel, here is your place!
The house is a little aside from the center of the village but still within few minutes walking distance. It faces the river which makes a great view. The beach is 7 minutes from the house, very quiet and nice. In the big, spacy room there is everything you need for a pleasant stay- big, comfortable bed with clean white beddings, Aircon, WiFi, fridge,smart TV with Youtube and Netflix(you need to have an account). if you want conventional TV, opt for ClipTV. you can register with Vietnamese mobile number but no need to pay, unfortunately all in Vietnamese. you can ask the friendly couple for assistance. then you would have tons of english speaking channels for movies, sports, music etc. The couple who runs the place is really nice. the food they offer is simple but plenty, very good quality and tasty. And there are free bicycles for exploring HoiAn and the area. Just relax and enjoy!
