Ritzy Boutique Hotel Da Nang

Review: We checked in around 3 AM, and the reception was open, making the process smooth. However, upon entering our room, we noticed hair on the bed linens and shoe prints with hair in the bathroom. We reported it, and since we were exhausted, the hotel arranged for housekeeping to clean it properly the next day.

The location is great—just a short walk to the beach, with shops, grocery markets, and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, though a bit repetitive, no dish name on the buffet was hard to identify which one was veg or non-veg. The staff and manager were very polite and always ready to assist. They even arranged a tour for us, which was a nice touch.

Overall value for money, a good stay with excellent service, but housekeeping could improve.

Review: I very enjoyed my stay at Ritzy Boutique Hotel in Da Nang during the Lunar New Year (Tet), my first booking was with trip. Com for 7 days then added on two more days booked with Agoda. A total 9 days stay in Ritzy Boutique Hotel over the holiday
Due to my sensitive to noise and extreme allergies to molds , I very need a hotel with clean and quiet environment and Ritzy Provides it.
Thanks Anh, the front desk receptionist at Ritzy, When Checking in and explaining to her my needs she is so patiently showing me a few different rooms , thanks for a free upgraded to a room with two queen beds with and big windows.
The facilities are clean , breakfast are good , special thanks to the breakfast staffs , Chef Tho, Waitress/waiter Thuy, Than, Thun, so helpful and friendly.

Positive points: Great location, walking distance to the beach and the bars and restaurants. The room was large and clean with a great bathroom. Very good value for money.

Review: The room is clean. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The service is attentive from the security guard to the housekeeping staff. I will come back if I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang.

Positive points: Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice with loungers and chairs. They have secure underground parking for your motorbike. Room was cleaned daily. All in all very good value for money.

Review: Moved to Grand Ocean Luxury Hotel, because the AC was problematic in the Ritzy Hotel Room we booked. Luckily the location of the replacement hotel was not far, only 110m (1 minute walk). The staff helped us carry our luggage.
And the replacement hotel was very nice.
So i can't review about Ritzy Hotel.

But for Grand Ocean Luxury Hotel
Good : Room, breakfast, pool, staff, can rent motorbike, location, price and other facilities.

Positive points: The pool was excellent, the rooms were clean, and of a good size, with a Juliet Balcony
The staff were very professional and super helpful, with good English skills
The laundry service was particularly impressive, they removed stains from clothes I'd never been able to shift, and they were able to expedite the process when I needed to leave early

Review: The Hotel was in the central location near to beach. staff behavior was rude and sometimes it is ok. Overall it is a Good Stay
